This tut was written  June 13th, 2024 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Filters 

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

 Font of choice, I used Musical Tone

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 6, apply your mask.

Resize element 43 to 75%, paste at the top, duplicate the mask, draw

around the frame, invert, delete the copies frame.

Resize element 3 to 50%, paste in the frame.

Resize element 58 to 20%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first 

3 numbers on 20, 55, 55, move below the paper layer of the frame.

Resize element 61 to 140%, paste below the flower circle.

Resize element 39 to 75%, paste above the frame at the bottom.

Resize element 1 to 60%, paste above the stage.

Resize element 10 to 50%, paste on the right above the frame.

Resize element 50 to 50%, paste on the right below the stairs.

Resize element 23 to 50%, paste on the left below the stairs.

Resize element 62 to 30%, paste on the right below the car, duplicate, 

twice, move each one on each side of the stairs.

Resize element 11 to 20%, paste at the upper right above the bar.

Resize your tube to 60%, paste on the bottom right above the stairs.

Resize element 51 to 45%, paste on the bottom left above the stairs.

Resize element 25 to 15%, paste on the bar.

Resize element 22 to 25%, paste on the upper left.

Resize element 24 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the bottom right.

Resize element 29 to 45%, paste on the right above the stool.

Resize element 12 to 50%, paste on the left below the post.

Resize element 4 to 30%, paste on the left below the DJ.

Resize element 35 to 25%, paste behind the DJ.

Resize element 14 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 20, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 36 to 20%, paste at the bottom left behind the DJ.

Resize element 5 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the posts.

Resize element 42 to 25%, paste at the bottom behind the tube.

Resize element 63 to 25%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 16 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 17 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 41 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 18 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 2 to 15%, paste at the bottom left, duplicate, move over.

Resize element 31 to 15%, paste on the bottom left.

Resize element 37 to 15%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 13 to 20%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 54 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 55 to 20%, paste on the stairs below the tube.

Resize element 8 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
