Font of choice, I used Night Forest

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste mask 3 on the upper left,

duplicate, mirror, duplicate both, move to the bottom.

Resize element 58 to 65%, paste at the upper left.

Resize Al element 36 to 75%, paste at the upper right.

Resize Al element 57 to 75%, paste off center.

Resize Al element 19 to 50%, paste on the bottom right.

Paste element 21 on the bottom layer to the right, duplicate, mirror

and move down more on the left.

Resize tube 1 to 18%, paste on the lower right being on the top layer.

Resize element 85 to 50%, paste on the bottom left.

Resize Al element 5 to 50%, paste on the left behind the boat.

Resize Al element 63 to 35%, paste behind the boat.

Resize Al element 15 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize tube 2 to 20%, paste on the lower left above the boat.

Resize Al element 30 to 20%, paste at the bottom right above the house.

Resize element 67 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the house on the left.

Resize Al element 31 to 20%, paste at the bottom left above the tube.

Resize Al element 87 to 25%, paste at the bottom left above the boat.

Resize Al element 40 to 25%, paste at the upper left being on the top layer.

Resize Al element 23 to 20%, paste behind the left tube up by the head.

Resize Al element 52 to 20%, paste at the bottom left below the flower.

Resize Al element 69 to 25%, mirror, paste at the bottom right.

Resize Al element 22 to 20%, paste at the top above the tube.

Resize Al element 82 to 10%, paste at the bottom left by the chest, 

duplicate, move over.

Resize Al element 29 to 20%, paste on the right.

Resize Al element 15 to 25%, paste on the bottom left on the chest.

Resize Al element 14 to 20%, paste at the top.

Resize Al element 12 to 20%, paste on the right by the hair of the tube.

Resize Al element 8 to 20%, paste on the upper right.

Resize Al element 68 to 10%, free rotate to the right at 25, paste at the bottom.

Paste element 8 on the left, duplicate, mirror, erase some off the tube.

Paste element 9 below both tubes and about center.

Paste element 15 on the top above the mask layers to the left, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 5 at the bottom on the top layer, sharpen.

Paste element 5 on the upper left above the 2nd building on the left, 

duplicate, resize smaller to 85%, move to the right.

Add any other elements you would like, resize.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
