Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 19, apply your mask

Resize Al el 81 to 60%, paste on the upper left.

Resize Al el 80 to 60%, paste on the right.

Resize Al el 30 to 40%, paste on the left below the house, duplicate, 

mirror, move below the house on the right.

Paste element 12 below the rock steps to the right, duplicate, 

move down more to the bottom, you might want to duplicate, mirror, 

play around to get the look you want.

Resize Al 19 to 65%, paste on the upper left above the rock steps, duplicate,

mirror, move between the houses.

Paste Al el 7 on the bottom layer at the top so just some of the 

flowers shows.

Resize element 42 to 40%, paste on the left above the house in front of the steps,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize Al el 82 to 25%, paste above the mushrooms, duplicate, mirror.

Resize Al el 26 to 30%, mirror, paste between the houses.

Resize element 15 to 30%, paste on the left above the flowers, duplicate, mirror,

duplicate again, move to the left behind the mushroom.

Resize Al el 6 to 30%, paste on the left below the top green plant, duplicate,

move to the right behind the green plant.

Resize Al el 18 to 30%, paste on the left above the wheel barrel.

Resize Al el 5 to 25%, paste on the bottom right below the plant.

Resize AL el 3 to 40%, paste at the bottom on the grass being on the top layer.

Resize element 26 to 25%, paste at the bottom left, free rotate to 10, 

duplicate, mirror.

I used Dolls 1 and 3, resized to 27%, paste behind the table on each side.

Resize Al el 1 to 12%,  paste on the left on the flowers, duplicate, mirror.

Resize Al el 38 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the greenery.

Resize Al el 14 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the stump.

Resize Al el 41 to 15%, paste on the table.

Resize Al el 27 to 15%, paste to the left of the stump.

Resize Al 11 to 12%, paste at the bottom on the greenery.

Resize Al el 42 to 13%, paste at the bottom.

Resize Al el 12 to 13%, paste on top of the stump.

Resize element 43 to 15%, paste at the bottom of the stump.

Resize Al el 25 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the ladybug. 

Resize Al el 74 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the stump.

Resize Al el 72 to 25%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 38 to 75%, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like, resize.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
