This tut was written Feb 8th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist LysIsange
Tube is called "Devine Love" CU/PU
She comes in different colors.
You need a license to use this art, please do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Always readjust your mask to fit your tag better once you are done, before you merge.
Paste element 64 on the mask.
Paste element 97, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 5,
invert, delete.
Resize element 83 to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 20,
move below the paper layer of the frame to the top, duplicate, move down.
Take your Pick tool to adjust better behind the frame.
Paste element 100 at the bottom.
Resize your tube to 19%, paste on the lounge.
Resize element 88 to 22%, paste at the lower right, duplicate, mirror, move
back and below the first shoe.
Resize element 91 to 30%, paste at the bottom by the shoes.
Resize element 73 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the glasses.
Resize element 86 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste by the lipstick.
Resize element 87 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the other makeup.
Resize element 95 to 50%, paste below the tube on the left, duplicate, resize to
50%, move to the right, duplicate once more and move down some.
Resize element 99 to 75%, paste at the upper left above the hearts.
Resize element 96 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste on the lounge
behind the tube, duplicate, move to the bottom below the makeup.
Resize element 105 to 20%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer now.
Resize element 106 to 10%, paste by the camera.
Paste element 6 at the bottom below the other elements.
Paste element 1 on one side, being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 28 to 10%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 75 to 40%, paste on the left against the lounge.
Resize element 81 to 15%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, paste under the
hand of the tube.
Always readjust your mask to fit your tag better once you are done, before you merge.
Paste element 64 on the mask.

Resize your tube to 19%, paste on the lounge.
Resize element 88 to 22%, paste at the lower right, duplicate, mirror, move
back and below the first shoe.
Resize element 91 to 30%, paste at the bottom by the shoes.
Resize element 73 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the glasses.
Resize element 86 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste by the lipstick.
Resize element 87 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the other makeup.
Resize element 95 to 50%, paste below the tube on the left, duplicate, resize to
50%, move to the right, duplicate once more and move down some.
Resize element 99 to 75%, paste at the upper left above the hearts.
Resize element 96 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste on the lounge
behind the tube, duplicate, move to the bottom below the makeup.
Resize element 105 to 20%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer now.
Resize element 106 to 10%, paste by the camera.
Paste element 6 at the bottom below the other elements.
Paste element 1 on one side, being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 28 to 10%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 75 to 40%, paste on the left against the lounge.
Resize element 81 to 15%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, paste under the
hand of the tube.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
