This tut was written Feb 4th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist LysIsange
Tube is called "Love in Paris" CU/PU
The car and tube come in different colors and the tube is separate from the car.
You need a license to use this art, please do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group, merge down.
Paste element 51 at the bottom.
Resize the car to 18%, paste on the brick at the bottom.
Resize the tube to 25%, paste to the right on the car.
Resize element 69 to 25%, paste under the tube so she appears to be sitting on them.
Paste element 95 behind the car to the left.
Paste element 82 below the phone booth to the right, click inside with your magic
wand, expand by 5, resize paper 11 to 55%, paste, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 93 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 16, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 33 to 90%, paste behind the phone booth.
Resize element 5 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 20 to 15%, paste below the purse to the left just a little.
Resize element 70 to 15%, mirror, paste at the bottom by the purse.
Resize element 89 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the purse.
Resize element 23 to 20%, paste by the boxes at the bottom, duplicate, move
to the left below the foot of the tube.
Resize element 25 to 45%, paste inside the frame to the right how you like,
duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left inside the frame.
Resize element 32 to 30%, paste below the roses inside the frame.
Resize element 11 to 55%, paste on the paper layer of the frame how you like.
Paste element 96 on the left above the car layer.
Resize element 25 to 30%, paste behind the car on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Duplicate the one on the left, move below the phone booth and up a little,
erase any part showing in the glass of the booth.
Paste element 55 where you like, being on the top layer now.
Resize element 86 to 20%, paste at the lower left, duplicate, move down and over a little.
Paste element 51 at the bottom.
Resize the car to 18%, paste on the brick at the bottom.
Resize the tube to 25%, paste to the right on the car.
Resize element 69 to 25%, paste under the tube so she appears to be sitting on them.
Paste element 95 behind the car to the left.
Paste element 82 below the phone booth to the right, click inside with your magic
wand, expand by 5, resize paper 11 to 55%, paste, invert, delete, select none.

Resize element 89 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the purse.
Resize element 23 to 20%, paste by the boxes at the bottom, duplicate, move
to the left below the foot of the tube.
Resize element 25 to 45%, paste inside the frame to the right how you like,
duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left inside the frame.
Resize element 32 to 30%, paste below the roses inside the frame.
Resize element 11 to 55%, paste on the paper layer of the frame how you like.
Paste element 96 on the left above the car layer.
Resize element 25 to 30%, paste behind the car on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Duplicate the one on the left, move below the phone booth and up a little,
erase any part showing in the glass of the booth.
Paste element 55 where you like, being on the top layer now.
Resize element 86 to 20%, paste at the lower left, duplicate, move down and over a little.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
