This tut was written Feb 18th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Tube is "Red Love"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice,  I used Sunset Boulevard

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste paper 1_0009 polka dot bg 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group, 
adjust to fit your tag later before you merge.

Resize element 1_0011_Doudou Sdesign to 80%, paste to the right and
up a little, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 
1_0010 polka dot bg 2, invert, delete, select none.

Resize element 1_0002 drive in sign to 70%, paste to the left and up some.

Resize your tube to 60%, paste off center to the right.

Resize element 1_0018 image 3 to 85%, paste at the lower left below the tube.
Resize element 1_0026 speaierstnad to 40%, paste on the left below the car layer.
Resize element 1_0019 image 2 and element 1_0020 image 1 to 15%, paste at the 
bottom above the tube.

Resize the sunglasses to 17%, paste at the bottom by the other makeup.
Resize the milkshake to 30%, paste at the bottom to the right of the tube.
Mirror 1_0002_KPD sparkle and paste on the drive in sign at the top below the
tube layer.

Resize the ticket booth to 75%, paste on the right below the movie sign.
Resize element 1_0001_2 to 20%, paste at the lower right below the tube.
Resize the cherries to 15%, paste at the bottom above the makeup to the left of them, 
duplicate, move to the right under the lipstick.
Resize the shoes to 20%, paste at the lower left.

Resize the cut out butterflies to 15%, paste by the drive in sign, duplicate, move
above the sign.

Resize the gumball machine to 20%, paste at the bottom by the milkshake.
Resize the radio to 20%, paste at the lower left by the shoes.

Resize the arrow 1_0004 to 45%, paste on the drive in sign at the upper left.
Resize the record to 20%, paste below the lipstick at the bottom, duplicate,
take your Pick tool, hold the shift key and drag one side down, then the 
other side until the record is flat, move it above the tube layer and move
the sunglasses on the record.

Resize the music notes to 20%, paste on the radio, add a medium white glow,
duplicate twice, move to the top where you like.

Resize image 1_0009 bee, the red flowers to 40%, paste below the car on 
the left below the speaker,  duplicate, move to the right on the picture booth.

Resize the cupcake to 15%, paste at the lower right by the gumball machine and
milkshake.
Resize the telephone to 35%, paste on the right behind the photo booth.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always adjust everything before you merge your tag.

Once happy, close off any background you had.

 Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.

Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
