This tut was written Feb 2nd, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
The kit I am using is called Ground Hog Day
and
everything used is in this awesome kit.
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used AR Julian
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 73 to 90%, paste on the mask layer.
Resize element 50 to 50%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 68 to 75%, paste behind the ground hog to the left more.
Resize element 62 to 35%, paste below the ground hog by the stump, duplicate, move
to the left and behind the stump.
Resize element 80 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the stump, duplicate, mirror
behind the ground hog.
Paste element 82 on the mask layer at the bottom to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 101 to 10%, mirror, paste on the rock on the left.
Paste element 90 at the bottom below the beetle and above the ground hog, duplicate,
move below the stump on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 60 to 35%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer now.
Resize element 48 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the camera.
Paste element 3 on the frame on the right.
Resize element 131 to 15%, paste on the tree, duplicate, mirror, paste on the sign.
Resize element 4 to 70%, mirror, paste above the frame on the left side.
Resize element 5 to 45%, mirror, paste below the frame on the left and down a bit.
Resize element 18 to 45%, paste above the tree on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move above the sign on the left.
Type out a word saying if you like. I typed out will there be a shadow or not??
Paste element 21 at the top above the frame layer, adjust to your liking.
Paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 73 to 90%, paste on the mask layer.
Resize element 50 to 50%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 68 to 75%, paste behind the ground hog to the left more.
Resize element 62 to 35%, paste below the ground hog by the stump, duplicate, move
to the left and behind the stump.
Resize element 80 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the stump, duplicate, mirror
behind the ground hog.
Paste element 82 on the mask layer at the bottom to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 101 to 10%, mirror, paste on the rock on the left.
Paste element 90 at the bottom below the beetle and above the ground hog, duplicate,
move below the stump on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 60 to 35%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer now.
Resize element 48 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the camera.
Paste element 3 on the frame on the right.
Resize element 131 to 15%, paste on the tree, duplicate, mirror, paste on the sign.
Resize element 4 to 70%, mirror, paste above the frame on the left side.
Resize element 5 to 45%, mirror, paste below the frame on the left and down a bit.
Resize element 18 to 45%, paste above the tree on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move above the sign on the left.

Paste element 21 at the top above the frame layer, adjust to your liking.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always adjust everything before you merge your tag.

Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
