This tut was written July 25th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Verymany
The tube is called "Cute Photographer_2"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper element 45, apply your mask, delete merge group, duplicate,
merge down.
Resize element 39 to 65%, paste, click inside each of the black parts,
resize your tube to 70%, paste in the left frame, invert, delete.
Mirror your resized tube and past in the center and right frames, delete, select none.
Erase the hair in the middle frame from the two side tubes, merge the tubes together.
Duplicate,
go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to
Overlay on the top one, and change the bottom one to Screen, merge down.
Now change the blend mode to Luminance(L).
Resize your tube to 50%, paste above the frames and tubes.
Resize element 26 to 35%, paste at the lower left below the tube,
duplicate, mirror.
Click inside with your magic wand on the one on the left side, paste your tube,
invert, delete, select none.
Duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend
mode of the top one to Screen and the bottom one to Luminance(L).
On the top one add the xero filter-Artworx
Resize element 16 to 65%, paste at the bottom behind the tube.
Click inside every other one of the white areas, resize your tube to 50%, paste ,
invert, delete, change the blend mode to Luminance(L), merge these together.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream.
Click in the other white squares, paste element paper 45, invert, delete,
select none, change the blend mode to Luminance(L).
Resize element 12 to 15%, paste behind the tube on the right, add a fat white
gradient glow.
Resize element 27 to 20%, paste below the word smile and change the color to
black, add a fat white gradient glow.
Resize element 28 to 20%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 5 to 15%, mirror, paste below the tube on the left.
Resize element 3 to 10%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 37 to 12%, paste at the bottom above the tube by her hand.
Resize element 3 to 10%, free rotate to the left at 55%, paste below the camera.
Go back to the smile word, duplicate, move to the top.
Duplicate the word photography twice, move one down to the bottom and the
other below the word smile at the top.
Resize element 19 to 5%, paste at the lower left, duplicate, move over a little.
Resize element 7 to 7%, paste at the bottom below the camera.
Resize element 6 to 10%, paste below the film strip behind the tube.
merge down.
Resize element 39 to 65%, paste, click inside each of the black parts,
resize your tube to 70%, paste in the left frame, invert, delete.
Mirror your resized tube and past in the center and right frames, delete, select none.

Resize element 28 to 20%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 5 to 15%, mirror, paste below the tube on the left.
Resize element 3 to 10%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 37 to 12%, paste at the bottom above the tube by her hand.
Resize element 3 to 10%, free rotate to the left at 55%, paste below the camera.
Go back to the smile word, duplicate, move to the top.
Duplicate the word photography twice, move one down to the bottom and the
other below the word smile at the top.
Resize element 19 to 5%, paste at the lower left, duplicate, move over a little.
Resize element 7 to 7%, paste at the bottom below the camera.
Resize element 6 to 10%, paste below the film strip behind the tube.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you merge your tag.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background used,
crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Resize your tag first, then add your copyright and name.
