FTU Blueberry Morning

This tut was written July 27th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Melissa Dawn
The tube is called "14-2"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
You can find this tube at CDO store  HERE

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Filter
Oliver's Filter-Toile-d'Araignee
Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of choice,  I used Nouradilla

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, add a new layer,
fill with #386ecc, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste your tube about center.

Go to your preset shape tools and click on eclipse, width on 30,
draw a circle a little smaller than your tube, go to Object, Align, center in canvas,
convert to a raster layer.
Add noise to the white at 35% or what you prefer.
Add a fat gradient glow with this color #386ecc.

Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, new layer, fill with #b1c6e8 or
a color of choice.
Apply Oliver's Filter-Toile-d'Araignee, number on 51.
Do a search for the filter, it is free, but you can always do a different
design on the paper layer.

Move your tube below the circle, duplicate, move above, erase the straight edges on
each side.

Resize element 12 to 65%, paste at the bottom below the frame.
Resize element 6 to 30%, paste at the bottom toward the left.
Resize element 14 to 17%, paste at the bottom to the right of the blueberry toast.
Resize element 5 to 15%, paste below the lemon plate.
Resize element 25 to 20%, paste on the left below the blueberry toast.

Resize element 15 to 15%, paste on the right.
Go back to the blueberry toast, duplicate, resize to 50%, move to the right
above the glass, duplicate, move to the center, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 20, resize larger to 110, paste on the white circle.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you merge your tag.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background used,
crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Resize your tag first, then add your copyright and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
