This tut was written July 18th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Misticheskaya
The tube is called "Aria"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
I bought mine when she was at PFD

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
(Was PTU now FTU)
Font of choice, I used Great Day
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Add a blue drop shadow to the mask, I used #4bb7f0.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste at the bottom above the mask layer.
Paste element 66 at the bottom above the tube a little to the left.
Paste element 64 to the right how you like.
Resize element 23 to 25%, paste below the hand of the tube on the left.
Paste element 6 below the mask on the left.
Resize element 34 to 80%, paste above the mask layer.
Resize element 44 to 20%, paste on the sand being on the top layer to
the right, duplicate, resize to 75%, move down a little more from the first one.
Resize element 92 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the tube by her hand,
duplicate, move to the center more above the tube, duplicate once more,
move to the right by the tail fin.
Resize element 82 to 70%, paste at the bottom above the top sand layer.
Resize element 2 to 25%, paste at the lower right below the white layer you just
pasted.
Resize element 7 to 65%, paste behind the tube above the mask layer.
Resize element 89 to 50%, paste behind the tube on the left, erase the stem showing
at the bottom.
Resize element 53 to 50%, paste at the upper right.
Resize element 88 to 60%, paste at the top, add a blue gradient glow.
Resize element 56 to 30%, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 48 to 8%, paste above the mask layer behind the tube where you like,
duplicate, move over a little, duplicate once more, move to
the right and down, duplicate again, move between the fin of the mermaid.
Duplicate again, mirror, move to the left behind the tube.
Resize element 17 to 30%, paste above the tube toward the right.
Resize element 112 to 35%, paste below the top sand layer to cover them a little.
Resize element 86 to 40%, mirror, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror, move above
the mask.
Resize element 3 to 20%, paste on the sand to the left of the star fish.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste at the lower left below the white element.
Resize element 27 to 15%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste below the
white element.
Resize element 58 to 10%, paste at the lower right on the flowers.
Add a blue drop shadow to the mask, I used #4bb7f0.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste at the bottom above the mask layer.
Paste element 66 at the bottom above the tube a little to the left.
Paste element 64 to the right how you like.
Resize element 23 to 25%, paste below the hand of the tube on the left.
Paste element 6 below the mask on the left.
Resize element 34 to 80%, paste above the mask layer.
Resize element 44 to 20%, paste on the sand being on the top layer to
the right, duplicate, resize to 75%, move down a little more from the first one.

Resize element 48 to 8%, paste above the mask layer behind the tube where you like,
duplicate, move over a little, duplicate once more, move to
the right and down, duplicate again, move between the fin of the mermaid.
Duplicate again, mirror, move to the left behind the tube.
Resize element 17 to 30%, paste above the tube toward the right.
Resize element 112 to 35%, paste below the top sand layer to cover them a little.
Resize element 86 to 40%, mirror, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror, move above
the mask.
Resize element 3 to 20%, paste on the sand to the left of the star fish.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste at the lower left below the white element.
Resize element 27 to 15%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste below the
white element.
Resize element 58 to 10%, paste at the lower right on the flowers.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
