This tut was written July 28th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Julia Fox

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize smaller 90%.
Paste element 76 to the left and up a little, duplicate, mirror, move down a little.
Paste element 65 a little off center to the right and up a bit.
Paste element 57 on top of this and up some.
Resize element 27 to 60%, paste at the bottom on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 28 at the bottom above the rocks.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the walkway to the left.
Resize element 64 to 35%, paste at the lower left by the tube.
Resize element 30 to 10%, paste at the lower left behind the rocks.
Resize element 32 to 35%, paste below the rocks on the right, duplicate, resize
smaller to 75%, move over a little to the left.
Resize element 9 to 25%, paste at the lower right on the brick walkway.
Resize element 84 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the headstone, duplicate,
mirror, adjust behind the statue.
Paste element 62 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror, resize to
75%, move down.
Resize element 58 to 30%, paste below the statue on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move below the tube and the cat and move the cat on top of the skulls.
Resize element 94 to 30%, paste at the lower right below the rocks.
Resize element 74 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 87 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the glass.
Resize element 95 to 25%, paste on the rocks on the right.
Resize element 97 to 30%, paste on the upper right on the tree.
Resize element 80 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the glass.
Resize element 96 to 10%, paste on the brick walkway by the statue, duplicate a
couple more time and place where you like.
Paste element 56 at the bottom below the walkway.
Resize element 60 to 15%, paste below the tube on the left, duplicate, move to
the lower right behind the books.
Resize element 2 to 30%, paste at the upper right, add the name below it.
Paste element 76 to the left and up a little, duplicate, mirror, move down a little.
Paste element 65 a little off center to the right and up a bit.
Paste element 57 on top of this and up some.
Resize element 27 to 60%, paste at the bottom on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 28 at the bottom above the rocks.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the walkway to the left.
Resize element 64 to 35%, paste at the lower left by the tube.
Resize element 30 to 10%, paste at the lower left behind the rocks.
Resize element 32 to 35%, paste below the rocks on the right, duplicate, resize
smaller to 75%, move over a little to the left.
Resize element 9 to 25%, paste at the lower right on the brick walkway.
Resize element 84 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the headstone, duplicate,
mirror, adjust behind the statue.
Paste element 62 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror, resize to
75%, move down.
Resize element 58 to 30%, paste below the statue on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move below the tube and the cat and move the cat on top of the skulls.
Resize element 94 to 30%, paste at the lower right below the rocks.
Resize element 74 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 87 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the glass.
Resize element 95 to 25%, paste on the rocks on the right.
Resize element 97 to 30%, paste on the upper right on the tree.
Resize element 80 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the glass.
Resize element 96 to 10%, paste on the brick walkway by the statue, duplicate a
couple more time and place where you like.
Paste element 56 at the bottom below the walkway.
Resize element 60 to 15%, paste below the tube on the left, duplicate, move to
the lower right behind the books.
Resize element 2 to 30%, paste at the upper right, add the name below it.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
