This tut was written July 15th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Alehandra Vanhek
Tube is called "Adventure Seeker"
She comes in several different colors
You need a license to use this art, please do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste off center a bit.
Paste element 89, duplicate, resize to 85%, paste on top of the first frame.
Resize element 80 to 60%, paste on the frame layer to the left, duplicate,
resize to 70%, move above the tube and toward the right more, duplicate,
move behind the tube to the right, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left.
Resize element 94 to 50%, paste at the lower left above the rocks,
duplicate, resize to 75%, place on top of the first one.
Resize element 97 to 30%, paste at the lower left on the maps.
Paste element 13 behind the tube.
Paste element 20 at the bottom above the frame layer to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 7 to 75%, paste below the frame to the left.
Resize element 14 to 50%, paste below the rocks behind the tube so just a bit
of the log shows.
Resize element 51 to 50%, paste on the frame on one side behind the rocks,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 93 to 20%, paste on the rocks on the left.
Resize element 18 to 25%, paste at the bottom right, being on the top layer.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste below the boat inside the frame.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste below the tall grass on one side, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 12,
move below the mask layer to one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust, merge down.
Resize element 4 to 30%, paste on the left above the tall grass, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 31 to 20%, paste at the lower left on the rocks.
Resize element 44 to 35%, paste behind the frog, duplicate, move to the
left below the map layers.
Resize element 100 to 15%, paste at the bottom on the map.
Resize element 56 to 15%, paste at the bottom, duplicate a couple of times.
Resize element 78 to 15%, paste at the lower left by the squirrel.
Resize element 87 to 25%, paste behind the bear.
Resize element 96 to 25%, paste below the tree layer to the left of the
tube a little.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste off center a bit.
Paste element 89, duplicate, resize to 85%, paste on top of the first frame.
Resize element 80 to 60%, paste on the frame layer to the left, duplicate,
resize to 70%, move above the tube and toward the right more, duplicate,
move behind the tube to the right, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left.
Resize element 94 to 50%, paste at the lower left above the rocks,
duplicate, resize to 75%, place on top of the first one.
Resize element 97 to 30%, paste at the lower left on the maps.
Paste element 13 behind the tube.
Paste element 20 at the bottom above the frame layer to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 7 to 75%, paste below the frame to the left.
Resize element 14 to 50%, paste below the rocks behind the tube so just a bit
of the log shows.
Resize element 51 to 50%, paste on the frame on one side behind the rocks,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 93 to 20%, paste on the rocks on the left.
Resize element 18 to 25%, paste at the bottom right, being on the top layer.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste below the boat inside the frame.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste below the tall grass on one side, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 12,
move below the mask layer to one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust, merge down.
Resize element 4 to 30%, paste on the left above the tall grass, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 31 to 20%, paste at the lower left on the rocks.
Resize element 44 to 35%, paste behind the frog, duplicate, move to the
left below the map layers.
Resize element 100 to 15%, paste at the bottom on the map.
Resize element 56 to 15%, paste at the bottom, duplicate a couple of times.
Resize element 78 to 15%, paste at the lower left by the squirrel.
Resize element 87 to 25%, paste behind the bear.
Resize element 96 to 25%, paste below the tree layer to the left of the
tube a little.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
