This tut was written July 15th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Alehandra Vanhek
Tube is called "Adventure Seeker"
She comes in several different colors
You need a license to use this art, please do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 112 to 80%, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees, move up on the left,
duplicate, mirror, move down on the right,
click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 8, invert delete,
keep selected.
Resize your tube to 55%, paste in one frame, mirror, paste in the other frame,
delete, select none.
Apply the Mezzy filter-Dusty, 60, 10
Back to the original tube, resize to 45%, paste in the center, adjust the
frames and tubes inside to fit better behind the tube.
Paste element 125 on the mask layer to the right.
Paste element 20 on the right behind the building.
Paste element 1 on the right above the building layer.
Resize element 11 to 75%, paste behind the tube, duplicate, resize to 75%,
move to the right above the frame, duplicate, mirror, move to the left above the barrel,
duplicate once more, move below the paper layer of the left frame.
Resize element 43 to 50%, paste to the left behind the tube.
Paste element 9 at the bottom above the tube, then duplicate it several times
and move to your liking.
Resize element 93 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube.
Resize element 28 to 50%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 4 to 40%, paste on the frame on the right, erase some so it
looks like it is hanging on the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 44 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the bags.
Resize element 101, 102 and 103 to 10%, paste on the scales how you like.
Resize element 27 to 20%, paste at the lower right by the wagon.
Resize element 96 to 75%, paste on the left below the barrel layer.
Resize element 16 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the wagon.
Resize element 21 to 30%, paste on top of the stack of bags.
Resize element 78 to 20%, paste on the lower left below the scales, duplicate,
move above the tube and by the leg.
Resize element 99 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the flower in front
of the tube.
Resize element 112 to 80%, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees, move up on the left,
duplicate, mirror, move down on the right,
click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 8, invert delete,
keep selected.
Resize your tube to 55%, paste in one frame, mirror, paste in the other frame,
delete, select none.
Apply the Mezzy filter-Dusty, 60, 10
Back to the original tube, resize to 45%, paste in the center, adjust the
frames and tubes inside to fit better behind the tube.
Paste element 125 on the mask layer to the right.
Paste element 20 on the right behind the building.
Paste element 1 on the right above the building layer.
Resize element 11 to 75%, paste behind the tube, duplicate, resize to 75%,
move to the right above the frame, duplicate, mirror, move to the left above the barrel,
duplicate once more, move below the paper layer of the left frame.
Resize element 43 to 50%, paste to the left behind the tube.
Paste element 9 at the bottom above the tube, then duplicate it several times
and move to your liking.
Resize element 93 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube.
Resize element 28 to 50%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 4 to 40%, paste on the frame on the right, erase some so it
looks like it is hanging on the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 44 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the bags.
Resize element 101, 102 and 103 to 10%, paste on the scales how you like.
Resize element 27 to 20%, paste at the lower right by the wagon.
Resize element 96 to 75%, paste on the left below the barrel layer.
Resize element 16 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the wagon.
Resize element 21 to 30%, paste on top of the stack of bags.
Resize element 78 to 20%, paste on the lower left below the scales, duplicate,
move above the tube and by the leg.
Resize element 99 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the flower in front
of the tube.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
