This tut was written July 10th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Alex Prihodko
The tube is "Janna"
When I bought mine the tube was still at verymany store.
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 45, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer 800 x 800
Paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Give your mask a light drop shadow, I used #599175.
Paste element 3, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste
paper 8, arrange so only the blue shows, invert, delete. select none.
Paste element 124 in the frame.
Resize element 135 to 130%, paste at the bottom above the frame.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right on the blanket.
Paste element 39 below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 92 on the frame on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 79 on the left above the column, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 77 on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 76 to 55%, paste at the top.
Resize element 117 to 55%, paste above the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 5 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 57 to 35%, paste below the grape branch on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 98 to 45%, paste below the tube to the left on the blanket.
Resize element 136 to 35%, paste to the left.
Resize element 85 to 20%, paste by the basket, duplicate, move over a bit.
Resize element 108 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 116 to 65%, paste leaning on the basket.
Resize element 53 to 35%, paste at the bottom to the right of the tube.
Resize element 75 to 15%, paste on the vase.
Resize element 114 to 20%, paste at the lower right below the tube layer.
Resize element 91 to 20%, paste on the basket, duplicate, move down in front
of the wine and glass.
Resize element 121 to 60%, paste behind the tube on the right below the passport.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right on the blanket.
Paste element 39 below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 92 on the frame on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 79 on the left above the column, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 77 on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 76 to 55%, paste at the top.
Resize element 117 to 55%, paste above the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 5 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 57 to 35%, paste below the grape branch on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 98 to 45%, paste below the tube to the left on the blanket.
Resize element 136 to 35%, paste to the left.
Resize element 85 to 20%, paste by the basket, duplicate, move over a bit.
Resize element 108 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 116 to 65%, paste leaning on the basket.
Resize element 53 to 35%, paste at the bottom to the right of the tube.
Resize element 75 to 15%, paste on the vase.
Resize element 114 to 20%, paste at the lower right below the tube layer.
Resize element 91 to 20%, paste on the basket, duplicate, move down in front
of the wine and glass.
Resize element 121 to 60%, paste behind the tube on the right below the passport.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.

Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
