Drop shadow is V-1 H-10, Color Black at 40 or use what you prefer. 

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800. paste paper 7, apply your mask.

Resize element 67 to 105%, paste.

Resize element 45 to 60%, paste on the right.

Resize element 4 to 50%, paste on the upper left.

Paste element 17  above the houses.

Resize element 53 to 50%, paste above the fence on the right.

Resize your tube to 30%, paste above the wheel.

Resize element 18 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 10 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate, 

mirror, move behind the tube.

Resize element 1 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the book.

Resize element 25 to 60%, mirror, paste at the bottom left behind the tube.

Resize element 41 to 25%, paste at the bottom right above the book.

Resize element 43 to 25%, paste at the bottom right behind the boots, duplicate,

mirror.

Resize element 33 to 25%, paste on the bottom left.

Resize element 26 to 40%, erase the circle part off, paste on the fence on the left,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 23 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 7 to 20%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 2 to 10%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 21 to 13%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 12 to 10%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 20 to 50%, paste behind the tube, duplicate, move up more.

Resize element 42 to 13%, paste on the left above the bicycle.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.

Resize element 34 to 65%, paste mask 85 where you like, invert, delete,

move down and change the color to a shade of red, duplicate, move up and to

the left.

Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the water.

Paste element 28 behind the tube.

Paste element 27 above the waterfall.

Resize element 26 to 30%, paste on the left below the tube, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 41 to 25%, paste on the right below the greenery rocks, 

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 79 to 65%, paste below the waterfall layer on the upper 

left, duplicate, mirror. 

Resize element 51 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the boat.

Resize element 39 to 25%, paste above the boat on the left.

Resize element 44 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the anchor.

Resize element 79 to 25%, paste between the anchor and wheel.

Resize element 24 to 15%, paste on the left stump.

Resize element 47 to 10%, paste on the bottom left below the green plant.

Resize element 32 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the anchor.

Resize element 38 to 25%, paste on the right below the boat.

Resize element 35 to 30%, paste on the right below the boat.

Resize element 19 to 20%, paste on the left below the green plant.

Resize element 46 to 10%, paste on the boat on the wood scroll.

Resize element 23 to 15%, paste the top on the arch.

Resize element 9 to 50%, paste at the top behind the green plant on the 

left, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 88 on the left bottom, duplicate, mirror, flip adjust at the

 upper right.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

3 numbers to 18, 65, 65, paste.

Resize element 77 to 20%, apply Mura Meister, change the first 3 numbers 

to 18, 62, 62, paste.

Resize element 1 to 50%, paste to the left.

Resize element 27 to 35%, paste on the right.

Resize element 14 to 35%, paste on the left behind the house, duplicate, 

move above the house and down.

Resize element 5 to 20%, paste on the rocks on the right.

Resize element 73 to 25%, paste between the 2 houses at the top, 

duplicate, move down on the right.

Resize your tube to 30%, mirror, paste.

Resize element 57 to 38, free rotate to the right at 5, paste on the bottom left

above the house.

Resize element 18 to 20%, paste on the left below the steps, duplicate, move

to the right of the steps, duplicate again move above the tube, 

duplicate again, move to the right above the frog.

Resize element 26 to 20%, paste on the left above the bush, duplicate, move to 

the right above the steps, above the bush, duplicate once more, move to the right 

below the bush.

Resize element 4 to 20%, paste on the left on the steps.

Resize element 34 to 12%, paste at the bottom right above the frog.

Resize element 23 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 13 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 11 to 15%, paste behind the flowers.

Resize element 24 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the books, duplicate, move

to the left behind the bush above the steps, duplicate again, move to the left

behind the rocks, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 44 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the left.

Resize element 6 to 15%, paste at the bottom right being on the top layer.
