PTU Hit The Books

This tut was written August 4th, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Lys Isange

The tube is called "School Girl"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Today is the day to learn something new and with this kit you can do just that. 

This kit contains 140 Elements and 20 Papers and will surely be a great addition to 

your kit collection

Font of choice,  I used Unicorn Giggles

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste paper 19, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 89, apply the mask to this now, delete, merge group.

Resize your tube to 30%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 134 to 85%, paste below the tube on the left.

Resize element 19 to 60%, paste on the left above the tube layer.

Resize element 63 to 40%, paste at the lower left.

Resize element 73 to 20%, paste at the lower left.

Resize element 136 to 30%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize element 127 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the other books and pencil holder.

Resize element 9 to 40%, paste on the left above the chalk board.

Resize element 100 to 45%, paste below the other stack of books to the right more.

Resize element 122 to 20%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.

Resize element 15 to 20%, paste on the stack of books.

Resize element 95 to 80%, paste behind the chalk board to the right a little.

Resize element 3 to 40%, paste at the lower right above the tube.

Resize element 12 to 12%, paste at the lower right.

Resize element 66 to 15%, paste on the box at the lower right.

Resize element 6 to 15%, paste by the apple.

Resize element 93 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the globe.

Resize element 34 to 20%, paste on the metal shelving, change the opacity to 50%,

erase the parts showing over the outside edges. 

You want to make it look like it is inside the cabinet.

Resize element 58 to 25%, paste on the top of the metal cabinet, take your 

Pick tool, drag down each top square until it is as flat as you like.

Resize element 106 to 15%, paste on the lower right below the flower.

Resize element 52 to 85%, paste below the metal cabinet and move to the right

so one shows behind the tube.

Resize element 140 to 15%, paste at the upper right.

Resize element 22 to 15%, paste on the top shelf of the metal cabinet.

Resize element 85 to 15%, mirror, paste on the black board.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy, close off any background you had.

 Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.

Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
