Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize element 62 to 65%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 68 to 45%, paste on the sand.

Resize your tube to 45%. place sitting on the barrel.

Resize element 11 to 85%, paste on the mask layer.
Resize element 43 to 75%, paste on the wall.

Resize element 5 and 61 to 15%, paste both on the right on the sand.
Paste element 47 below the barrel on the right, duplicate, mirror, duplicate
again, resize to 70%, paste in front of the barrel at the bottom.

Resize element 23 to 25%, paste below the barrel behind the tube.

Resize element 27 to 50%, paste on the left at the bottom above the tube layer and
lower the grass layer behind this element.
Resize element 24 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer and on
the left, duplicate move to the left a bit more.
Resize element 49 to 55%, paste on the left on the wall layer at the bottom.
Resize element 67 to 30%, paste to the right of the wheel.
Paste element 81 above the wheel layer, duplicate, mirror, move above
the barrel layer.

Resize element 52 to 15%, paste on the left below the starfish.
Resize element 18 to 25%, paste on the right by the barrel below the tube layer,
duplicate, move to the left below the larger shell.
Paste element 20 on the mask layer adjust behind the wall.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800x800, paste paper 11, resize to 85%, apply
your mask, delete, select none.

Paste element 83, resize to 70%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 16, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your close up tube to 65%, paste, delete, select none, duplicate,
go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to
Screen, then apply the xero filter-Radiance, merge down.

Paste element 7 on the mask layer, mirror, move to the left, resize to 75%.
Resize element 23 to 95%, paste above the castle on the left, erasing any of the outer
part of the water splash, duplicate, mirror, move above the frame layer
on the right.

Resize your full tube to 45%, paste on the right side above the water splash.

Resize element 22 to 90%, paste at the bottom below the mermaid, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 21 to 35%, paste on the right below the sand layer behind the tube.
Resize element 17 to 35%, paste below the mermaid about center.
Resize element 30 to 40%, paste on the right below the chest, duplicate,
mirror, move below the sand layer.
Resize element 36 to 35%, paste on the left above the plant.

Resize element 42 to 40%, paste on the bottom in front of the mermaid on the left.
Resize element 12 to 15%, paste more toward the right side on the sand.
Resize element 15 to 20%, paste on the right on the sand.
Resize element 45 to 35%, paste on the left below the statue on the sand.
Resize element 97 to 25%, paste below the Anchor on the sand.

Resize element 2 and 6 to 10%, paste below the tube layer on the right,
adjust how you like, duplicate the solid black one, move up more and
under the water spray.
Resize element 56 to 35%, paste below the Anchor on the left, duplicate move
below the tube layer on the right.
Resize element 20 to 75%, paste on the mask layer and adjust how you like behind
the frame.
Resize element 35 to 40%, paste at the upper left being on the top layer.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize.

Add your copyrights and name.

Paste element 31 on the mask layer.

Resize the tube to 50%.

Paste element 10 at the bottom below the tube layer, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 17 on the left below the tube layer,. duplicate, mirror, move
down just a bit.

Resize element 11 to 35%, paste on the left of the tube.
Resize element 45 to 40%, paste below the dog on the tree.

Resize element 30 to 25%, mirror, paste at the upper right, duplicate, resize to
80%, move to the left a bit and down some.
Resize element 89 to 25%, mirror, paste on the right side.

Resize element 19 to 55%, paste below the rescue board how you like, duplicate,
mirror, move back by the tree.
Resize element 15 to 30%, paste above the greenery, duplicate, move down some.

Resize element 16 to 60%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Go back to the greenery and red flower, duplicate each one, mirror, move
below the chair on the right, adjust, duplicate the red flower, move up some.

Resize element 9 to 50%, paste below the sand layers at the bottom.
Resize element 84 to 30%, mirror, place on the left above the dog layer, duplicate,
resize to 85%, place on the chair arm.
Resize element 29 to 35%, paste at the bottom on the sand above the tube layer.

Resize element 76 to 45%, paste below the palm tree on the right, duplicate,
mirror.
Paste element 8 on the top layer at the top, duplicate, move down.
Resize element 18 to 70%, paste below the frame layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 96 to 30%, paste below the red flowers on one side, duplicate, move up,
duplicate again, mirror, duplicate, move up, duplicate again, move to the
center more below the sand layer.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open the template, resize all checked to 90%, then canvas size 800 x 800.
Delete the credits, and all parts if the wordart and
the pixel wordart. I left the little flowers, but if you prefer
not to have them, then delete them also.

Make a gradient with #b10508 foreground and #2f4e14 background, angle 45,
repeat on 3, fill on the  bottom layer, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Take your Pick tool to adjust the mask how you like.

Starting with the bottom, select the green rectangle layer, select all, float,
defloat, paste paper 1 into selected layer, select none.
Light pink rectangle, select all, float, defloat, paste paper 1 into selected layer, then go
to Selections, Modify, Select Selection Borders, number on 3, add a new
raster layer, fill with #b10508, add noise at 55%.

Merge pink square right down with pink square left, select, float, defloat,
add a new layer, fill with #b10508, select none, delete the pink squares.
Apply the xero filter-Fritillary with these settings
5, 30, 100, 20
Add a fat gradient glow with Eye Candy 4000 with the green color.

Merge green square right down with green square left, paste paper 2 into
selection, then paste your close up tube on one side, mirror then paste on
the other side, invert, delete both, select none.
Change the blend mode on the tubes to Overlay.

Select the dark blue rectangle 1, new raster layer, fill with the red color.
Select the next dark blue rectangle, paste paper 2 into selection, select none.
Select the pink rectangle, paste paper 2 into the selection, select none.

Select the light blue rectangle, paste paper 1 into selection, select none. Add a
fat gradient glow with the green first, then with the red.

Select the pink noisy circle, fill with red, add noise at 55%.
Select the blue circle, add a new layer, fill with the red, apply the xero filter
with the same settings as before.

White circle, add a new layer, fill with the green, add noise at 55%, delete
the white layer.
Green circle, paste paper 1 into selection, select none.
Light pink circle, paste paper 2 into selection, select none.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste toward the left.

Resize element 1 to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change the
first number to 16, paste on the mask layer to one side, duplicate,
move over to the other side.
Open element 1 again, resize to 40%, take your Pick tool, hold the shift key down,
drag the top square down, and then the other side until the leaf is as
flat at you like, then move below the tube, duplicate several times and move
how you want.

Resize the raccoon in the log to 35%, paste on the right above the tube.
Resize deco 3 to 10%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number on 12,
paste on the large red circle below the tube layer.
Resize the grass to 75%, paste below the stump on the right, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize the erdbeerpflanze to 55%, paste on the right above the grass, duplicate,
mirror, move above the grass layer.
Resize deco 4 to 15%, place by the raccoon, duplicate a couple times and place one
on top of the stump and the others where you prefer.
Resize erbeeren to 15%, paste on the left by the hand of the tube,
duplicate, move where you like.

Resize deco 5 to 30%, paste at the bottom by the tube's knee.
Resize the erbeerlaterne to 40%, paste below the grass layer on the left,
duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Resize deco 2 to 40%, mirror, paste on the brown circle below the tube.

Add any other elements you would like to add.
If you want to do the wordart like I did, take your preset circle, close off the background
color, draw a circle as much as you want it, then add a new layer,
click on the circle with your text until you get a curve under the letter,
open the background color and
type whatever you want yours to say, delete the circle, change the wording to a
raster layer. Either add a white gradient glow or do a white background.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Screen, apply the xero filter, Soft Mood two or three times,
then apply xero Clarity twice, merge down, add your copyrights and name.

Resize element 14 to 40%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move above the trunk by the hand of the tube.

Resize element 90 to 15%, place on the sand in front of the tube,
duplicate, move over a bit.

Resize element 41 to 20%, paste below the tube on the left.
Resize element 34 to 20%, paste on the left on the sand above the tube layer.
Resize element 16 to 45%, paste below the frame layer at the bottom.
Resize element 25 to 30%, paste below the tube on the right.
Resize element 21 to 55%, paste below the water behind the trunk on the left.
Resize element 61 to 25%, paste on the right behind the tube on the sand.

Paste element 43 on the mask layer, adjust.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize.

Add your copyrights and name.

Resize element 25 to 30%, place on the grass on the left of the tube.
Resize element 50 to 45%, paste on the right below the small pink flower bush.

Paste 46 below the tube layer, mirror, move back to the left side.

Resize element 115 and 116 to 10%, place on the grass how you like, duplicate
and place on the stool.
Resize element 23 to 10%, place by the jar on the grass, duplicate, place
on the stool.
Paste element 11 below the grass layers and move up on the frame more.
Resize element 91 to 40%, mirror, paste it on the log behind the tube on the right.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Paste element 26 on the mask layer on the right, duplicate, mirror, adjust
as need once other elements are added.
Paste element 34 on the right below the yellow flower circle layer.
Paste element 33 at the bottom below the chair layer, duplicate 3 more times,
mirror two of them arrange.

Paste element 25 below these layers at the bottom.
Resize element 38 to 70%, paste below the grass on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 43 to 50%, paste below the chair layer toward the left more.
Resize element 31 to 20%, paste on the right at the bottom by the chair, duplicate,
move to the left behind the chair.

Resize element 111 to 40%, then take your Pick tool, hold the shift key and
take the top square and drag down, then the other side until the bucket is
how you want it.
Resize element 68 to 65%, paste below the bucket on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 94 to 20%, paste on the right of the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 19 to 50%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, mirror,
move down to the lower left more.
Resize element 112 to 40%, mirror, paste up on the upper right.
Resize element 16 to 35%, paste on the left behind the bucket.
Resize element 20 to 25%, paste on the handle of the bucket.
Resize element 12 to 75%, paste below the other flowers on one side, duplicate,
mirror, move down a bit, erase any stem showing below.
Resize element 50 to 45%, place on the bucket, erase the stems on the outside of
the bucket to make the flowers looks like they are in the bucket.
Resize element 47 to 13%, paste on the birdhouse.

Paste element 37 at the top on the mask layer and move to the left, duplicate,
move down on the right.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize element 110 to 25%, paste between the water layer.
Paste element 36 on the left, behind the little sailors.
Resize element 49 to 40%, paste on one side on the waves, duplicate, mirror,
move up just a bit.
Resize element 42 to 50%, paste on the left behind the little sailor boys, erase the
chain part showing to the right of them.

Resize element 53 to 35%, paste at the bottom by the foot of the tube.
Resize element 102 to 35%, paste below the bottle at the bottom.

Paste element 97 on the mask layer and adjust how you like.
Resize element 12 to 25%, paste below the tube at the lower right, duplicate, move
to the left under the bottle and folder.

Paste element 71 on the left being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 3 to 45%, mirror, paste below the luggage on the left.
Resize element 63 to 23%, paste by the luggage at the bottom.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, if animating keep the background and merge visible.crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag, resize.

Add your copyrights and name.

Animation

Take to Animation shop, make 11 layers, same as the animation.
I resized my animation to 50%. To do this go to Edit, select all, Animation, resize
animation and change the number to 50.
Then select all, copy, click on the tag, edit select all, paste into selected frame.

This tut was written May 17th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of Choice, I used Freestyle Script

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open the template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate,
close the original.
Delete the credits and close off the wordart  and glitter part for now.
Resize with all layers checked to 80%, then canvas size 800 x 800 can resize all later.

Paste paper 1, resize larger to 115%, apply your mask, delete, merge group, move to
the bottom layer.
Select raster 5 of the template, select all, float, defloat, paste paper 1,
invert, delete, select none. Apply a fat white gradient glow using
EyeCandy 4000-Gradient glow.

Select raster 6 of the template, paste paper 4, adjust how you like,
invert, delete, select none. Add the same gradient glow as before.
Do the same with raster 7 of the template.
Dotted circles I just added a drop shadow.

Raster 2 of the template paste paper 5, add the same gradient glow.
Raster 4 paste paper 2, invert, delete, same gradient glow again.

Merge down copy of Raster 3 with raster 3, paste paper 4, invert, delete,
keep selected, resize your tube to 85%, paste on the left, delete, select none,
duplicate, mirror, select none, merge down, duplicate, go to Adjust,
Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 5, change the blend mode to Screen or one you prefer.
Add the gradient glow to the paper layer.
The stars and lines merge together add a new raster layer, fill with white,
add noise at 100%.

Paste element 106 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the grass layer.
Paste element 115 behind the tube layer off to the left a bit.

Resize element 14 to 50%, mirror, paste below the tube layer on the right.
Resize element 22 to 95%, paste on the mask layer, apply
Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, adjust.

Resize element 8 to 35%, paste on the grass in front of the tube on the right.
Resize element 30 to 65%, paste on the right  below the flowers in the cart on the
right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 42 to 75%, paste below the green leaves on one side, duplicate,
mirror, erase any stems that you don't want showing.
Resize element 25 to 55%, paste above the leaves on the left, adjust, duplicate twice,
move one a bit more to the right, then the next one to the right of the tube,
duplicate, resize to 75%, move to the
right side, duplicate this one and move down more, erase any stem you
don't want showing.

Resize element 65 to 55%, paste below the green leaves on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 18 to 15%, place by the raccoon on the grass.
Resize element 12 to 65%, paste on the mask layer at the left side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 94 to 50%, flip, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, paste on
the right below the template layer where your tube faces are.

Resize element 46 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube layer at the bottom.
Resize element 49 to 40%, paste on the left on the watermelon, if you want to
recolor the shorts, take your free hand tool and draw around them,
change the color to a color of choice, select none.

Resize element 28 to 20%, paste in front of the tube on the grass.
Resize element 1 to 20%, paste by the watermelon, duplicate, mirror, move
below the hat.
Resize element 69 to 20%, paste by the glass on the grass.
Resize element 93 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the yellow flower.
Resize element 108 to 40%, free rotate to the right at 90, paste on the hat.
Resize element 107 to 60%, paste on one side below template layer with the
faces on, duplicate, mirror adjust.

Now open the wordart and glitter part, select the wordart, add a new layer and
fill with a color from your tube, add a slight bevel, delete the black wordart layer,
merge the wordart with the glitter and move where you like.
Go down to the snail, duplicate, resize to 65%, move up on the
wordart.
Paste element 118 below the tube layer, adjust to your liking.
Resize element 109 to 50%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror, free rotate to
the left at 40 degrees, adjust on the left.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
