This tut was written May 21st, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Lysisange.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU Scrap Candice to match by Lil Mz's Brainstorms HERE
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group,
adjust mask to fit your tag later.
Paste element 48 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 44 a little lower, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right.
Resize element 118 to 65%, paste below the tube layer on the left.
Paste element 24 below the tube layer.
Resize the element to 40%, paste on the left by the leg of the stool, duplicate,
mirror.
Paste element 12 below the grass layers.
Paste element 47 om the frame layer on the left, duplicate, move
to the center more, duplicate, mirror, move to the right.
Resize element 31 to 50%, mirror, paste on the frame layer below the grass,
duplicate, mirror, go back to the first one,
resize to 70%, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees, move below the
first flower and up more on the frame, duplicate that one and move up more.
Resize element 117 to 40%, place on the stool.
Resize element 25 to 30%, place on the grass on the left of the tube.
Resize element 50 to 45%, paste on the right below the small pink flower bush.
Paste 46 below the tube layer, mirror, move back to the left side.
Resize element 115 and 116 to 10%, place on the grass how you like, duplicate
and place on the stool.
Resize element 23 to 10%, place by the jar on the grass, duplicate, place
on the stool.
Paste element 11 below the grass layers and move up on the frame more.
Resize element 91 to 40%, mirror, paste it on the log behind the tube on the right.
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group,
adjust mask to fit your tag later.
Paste element 48 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 44 a little lower, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right.
Resize element 118 to 65%, paste below the tube layer on the left.
Paste element 24 below the tube layer.
Resize the element to 40%, paste on the left by the leg of the stool, duplicate,
mirror.
Paste element 12 below the grass layers.
Paste element 47 om the frame layer on the left, duplicate, move
to the center more, duplicate, mirror, move to the right.
Resize element 31 to 50%, mirror, paste on the frame layer below the grass,
duplicate, mirror, go back to the first one,
resize to 70%, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees, move below the
first flower and up more on the frame, duplicate that one and move up more.
Resize element 117 to 40%, place on the stool.
Resize element 25 to 30%, place on the grass on the left of the tube.
Resize element 50 to 45%, paste on the right below the small pink flower bush.
Paste 46 below the tube layer, mirror, move back to the left side.
Resize element 115 and 116 to 10%, place on the grass how you like, duplicate
and place on the stool.
Resize element 23 to 10%, place by the jar on the grass, duplicate, place
on the stool.
Paste element 11 below the grass layers and move up on the frame more.
Resize element 91 to 40%, mirror, paste it on the log behind the tube on the right.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
