This tut was written Sept 7th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 42 to 85%, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 10, paste paper 1, invert, delete, keep selected,
paste your middle side tube, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 75%, mirror, paste on the left.
Resize 112 to 55%, mirror, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize element 9 to 20%, paste at the bottom to the right of the tube.
Resize element 123 to 45%, mirror, paste on the right.
Resize element 57 to 40%, paste below the grass and card layer on the left.
Resize element 124 to 85%, paste on the right on the frame layer at the bottom,
duplicate, move over to the left, move below, erase the mushroom and
curly things, just keep the grass showing.
Resize element 130 to 75%, paste behind the tube on the frame layer.
Resize element 106 to 70%, paste below the mushroom on the right.
Resize element 104 to 70%, mirror, paste below the other red flower on the right.
Resize element 102 to 70%, paste below the other flowers and up more.
Paste element 108, mirror, being on the top layer, move to the lower left more.
Resize element 32 to 60%, paste at the upper right, duplicate,
move down and above the cat layer on the right.
Resize element 63 to 50%, paste on the lower left being on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize element 130 to 75%, paste behind the tube on the frame layer.
Resize element 106 to 70%, paste below the mushroom on the right.
Resize element 104 to 70%, mirror, paste below the other red flower on the right.
Resize element 102 to 70%, paste below the other flowers and up more.
Paste element 108, mirror, being on the top layer, move to the lower left more.
Resize element 32 to 60%, paste at the upper right, duplicate,
move down and above the cat layer on the right.
Resize element 63 to 50%, paste on the lower left being on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
That's it
Once happy with it all, only if you are not going to animate,
close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
