PTU Pinkalicious Steampunk

This tut was written Jan 27th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome tube by artist Chris Pastel

Tube is called "Steampunk8"

You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU kit Pinkalicious by All Dolled Up!

With this kit that's what you get, 150 elements and 25 papers of pure pink

Filters
Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of Choice, I used Amarillo

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 23, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate,
merge down.

Paste element 91, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 8, invert, delete, select none.
Paste element 6 below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 17 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 16, move below the other flower circle.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the frame.

Resize element 18 to 45%, paste at the bottom to the left of the tube.
Resize element 31 to 30%, paste below the tube on the right, duplicate, move
to the left by the bag.
Resize element 46 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the bag on the legs of
the tube.
Resize element 17 to 35%, paste behind the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 41 to 45%, paste at the bottom below the top flower.
Resize element 121 to 50%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees,
paste on the left on the frame layer at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 88 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the bag.
Resize element 3 to 75%, paste below the green leaf layer on one side,
duplicate, mirror, moving below the other green leaf, moving one down a
little lower than the other.

Resize element 122 to 50%, paste on the left above the balloon layer.
Resize element 123 to 25%, paste on the right below the pink flower.
Being on the top layer, paste element 14 to the lower left, erase any part on the
tube you don't want, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror,
adjust on the balloons, erasing any parts you don't want.
Resize element 124 to 20%, paste on the left.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background you might have used.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges,  merge visible.

Resize first, sharpen, add your copyright and name.
