This tut was written Feb 6th, 2020 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used Sweet Amour
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize frame EF-2 to 70%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 5, invert, delete, select none.
Paste element 21 on the heart frame.
Paste element 1 on the left below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 19 on the left being on the top layer now,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 20 at the bottom.
Resize element 30 to 55%, paste at the lower left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 43 to 55%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 6 to 45%, paste to the left of the box with the dog.
Paste your tube below the white flowers that are at the bottom.
Resize element 42 to 50%, mirror, paste to the left.
Resize element 58 to 35%, paste at the bottom to the right by the box.
Resize element 8 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the heart.
Resize element 56 to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 23 to 25%, free rotate to the left at 25 degrees, paste on
the left.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste above the first one.
Resize element 39 to 35%, paste on the right below the dog.
Paste element 63 below the dog layers at the bottom.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize element 30 to 55%, paste at the lower left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 43 to 55%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 6 to 45%, paste to the left of the box with the dog.
Paste your tube below the white flowers that are at the bottom.
Resize element 42 to 50%, mirror, paste to the left.
Resize element 58 to 35%, paste at the bottom to the right by the box.
Resize element 8 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the heart.
Resize element 56 to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 23 to 25%, free rotate to the left at 25 degrees, paste on
the left.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste above the first one.
Resize element 39 to 35%, paste on the right below the dog.
Paste element 63 below the dog layers at the bottom.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements and mask,
before merging to get them like you like.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
