This tut was written Feb 7th, 2020 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of choice, I used Celtic Knots
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image, 800 x 800
Paste paper 19, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 143 on the right and up.
Mirror element 130, paste on the left and up.
Resize element 12 to 90%, paste on the right below the tree with the
ladder element.
Paste element 13 below the trees on the upper right.
Resize your tube to 35%, mirror, paste on the left.
Paste element 126 at the bottom below the tube to the left, duplicate,
mirror, move below the sign layer, duplicate, move above and down a little.
Resize element 25 to 75%, paste on the right on the grass.
Resize element 137 to 25%, paste on the grass above the tube on the left,
duplicate a few times and move where you like.
Resize element 3 to 40%, duplicate twice, paste behind the weeds, by
the dog, the leprechaun and behind the tube.
Resize element 26 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 5 to 35%, paste above the leprechaun.
Resize element 30 to 20%, paste by the pot of gold.
Resize element 32 to 25%, paste behind the pot of gold.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste below the hat by the tube.
Resize element 21 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the pot of gold.
Resize element 19 to 35%, paste below the pot of gold and leprechaun.
Resize element 48 to 35%, paste behind the dog.
Resize element 49 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the leprechaun.
Resize element 46 to 30%, paste at the bottom on the grass.
Paste element 108 on the pot of gold and leprechaun, duplicate, move
to the top below the trees on the rainbow.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste element 143 on the right and up.
Mirror element 130, paste on the left and up.
Resize element 12 to 90%, paste on the right below the tree with the
ladder element.
Paste element 13 below the trees on the upper right.
Resize your tube to 35%, mirror, paste on the left.
Paste element 126 at the bottom below the tube to the left, duplicate,
mirror, move below the sign layer, duplicate, move above and down a little.
Resize element 25 to 75%, paste on the right on the grass.
Resize element 137 to 25%, paste on the grass above the tube on the left,
duplicate a few times and move where you like.

Resize element 49 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the leprechaun.
Resize element 46 to 30%, paste at the bottom on the grass.
Paste element 108 on the pot of gold and leprechaun, duplicate, move
to the top below the trees on the rainbow.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Then add your copyright and name.
