PTU 4th of July

This tut was written June 25th, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Alicia Mujica 

The tube is Free Bonus Tropical Birds June #5"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow

Font of choice,  I used Gaby

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 54, resize smaller to 85%, click inside with the magic wand,
expand by 5, add a new layer, fill with white, select none.

Resize your tube to 30%, paste to the right on the frame.

Resize element 18 to 50%, paste to the left on the frame about half way.
Add a fat white gradient glow with Eye Candy 4000.
Paste element 15 on the mask layer at the top.
Paste element 36 on the balloon layer at the top, duplicate, flip, adjust at 
the bottom.
Paste element 16 on the mask layer.
Resize element 23 to 40%, paste at the lower left under the wordart.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste at the bottom to the right on the hat.
Resize element 77 to 25%, paste by the white flower.

Resize element 33 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 30 degrees, paste at the 
bottom above the cake element and hat of the tube.

Paste element 12 on the mask on the right, duplicate, mirror, adjust both.
Resize element 14 to 50%, paste on the paper layer inside the frame.
Resize element 24 to 25%, paste on the right below the other flowers, duplicate,
mirror, move above the cake.

Resize element 74 to 25%, paste at the bottom of the cake below the butterfly,
duplicate, move to the left a little.
Resize element 47 to 45%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy, close off any background you had.

 Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.

Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
