This tut was written June 15, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Verymany
The tube is "Cola "
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Add a new layer, paste paper 2, into selections, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 28 to the left and up a little.
Paste element 86 at the bottom, move to one side more, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the sand a little to the right.
Paste element 80 on the left below the sand layers and behind the tree, duplicate,
mirror, erase any of the bottom showing that you don't want.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream to both.
Resize element 63 to 65%, mirror, paste on the left and below the tube layer.
Resize element 8 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the tube on the sand, duplicate,
mirror, erase the larger star fish.
Resize element 79 to 75%, paste at the upper right on the mask layer.
Resize element 61 to 80%, free rotate to the right at 35 degrees, paste behind the
tube on the right.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream, default settings.
Resize element 10 to 50%, paste on the left above the light house, duplicate,
mirror, paste on the right below the light house.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste behind the tube to the right, duplicate, resize
to 75%, move to the left behind the tube, duplicate again, move to the left behind
the chair.
Resize element 25 to 45%, paste behind the tube and below the chair layer, duplicate,
mirror, adjust on the right behind the tube, duplicate once more, move to
the left behind the chair.
Resize element 11 to 40%, paste on the right below the tube layer, duplicate,
move to the center more and below the purple flowers.
Resize element 66 to 40%, paste on the top of the chair, erase the bottom part to
make it like it is hanging over the chair.
Resize element 68 to 25%, paste on the sand on the left below t
he star fish layer.
Resize element 72 to 15%, paste at the bottom left above the star fish.
Resize element 73 to 20%, paste at the lower right in front of the feet of the tube.
Resize element 21 to 25%, paste on the left above the light house at the bottom,
duplicate, mirror, move up and above the leaves on the light house.
Add a new layer, paste paper 2, into selections, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 28 to the left and up a little.
Paste element 86 at the bottom, move to one side more, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the sand a little to the right.
Paste element 80 on the left below the sand layers and behind the tree, duplicate,
mirror, erase any of the bottom showing that you don't want.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream to both.
Resize element 63 to 65%, mirror, paste on the left and below the tube layer.
Resize element 8 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the tube on the sand, duplicate,
mirror, erase the larger star fish.
Resize element 79 to 75%, paste at the upper right on the mask layer.
Resize element 61 to 80%, free rotate to the right at 35 degrees, paste behind the
tube on the right.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream, default settings.
Resize element 10 to 50%, paste on the left above the light house, duplicate,
mirror, paste on the right below the light house.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste behind the tube to the right, duplicate, resize
to 75%, move to the left behind the tube, duplicate again, move to the left behind
the chair.
Resize element 25 to 45%, paste behind the tube and below the chair layer, duplicate,
mirror, adjust on the right behind the tube, duplicate once more, move to
the left behind the chair.
Resize element 11 to 40%, paste on the right below the tube layer, duplicate,
move to the center more and below the purple flowers.
Resize element 66 to 40%, paste on the top of the chair, erase the bottom part to
make it like it is hanging over the chair.
Resize element 68 to 25%, paste on the sand on the left below t
he star fish layer.
Resize element 72 to 15%, paste at the bottom left above the star fish.
Resize element 73 to 20%, paste at the lower right in front of the feet of the tube.
Resize element 21 to 25%, paste on the left above the light house at the bottom,
duplicate, mirror, move up and above the leaves on the light house.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background used,
crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Resize your tag first, then add your copyright and name.
