PTU Under The Sea

This tut was written June 2nd, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Zlata_M

The tube is  "Mermaid" 

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Mask of choice, I used RD Mask 116_4 HERE

Font of choice,  I used Chubby Dotty

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 45, 10, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new layer 800 x 800

Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 52 at the bottom to one side, duplicate three more times,
move one to the other side and the other two up some.

Resize the tube to 65%, paste on the sand layers.

Paste element 16 behind the tube and below the sand layers to make it look
like she is coming out of the frame.
Resize element 39 to 75%, paste below the sand layers behind the tube 
on the right.
Resize element 148 to 50%, paste under the tube layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 53 to 25%, paste at the bottom to the left of the tube.
Resize element 21 to 25%, paste on the right below the rocks, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 149 on the right above the frame.
Resize element 6 to 25%, paste on the right below the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 69 to 75%, paste on the left above the frame., duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 29 to 20%, paste below the frame layer toward the upper left part.
Paste element 40 being on the top layer and to the left a bit, giving it a pinkish 
drop shadow, duplicate, mirror, move above the boat layer.

Resize element 102 to 25%, paste at the lower left on the sand.
Resize element 1 to 15%, paste on the left below the bubbles layer toward the top.
Resize element 120 to 35%, paste at the lower right on the sand.

Resize element 2 to 10%, paste at the lower left below the small plant, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 42 to 15%, paste on the sand to the left of the tube.
Resize element 34 to 15%, paste inside the frame where you like.

Resize element 137 to 15%, paste at the upper right below the bubbles.
Resize element 45 to 20%, paste at the top on the frame, duplicate, move down a little.

Add any other elements that you like, make your own.

Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.

Once happy, close off any background you had.

 Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.

Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
