This tut was written June 12th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of LysIsange
The tube is called "Sunflowers"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 5, apply the same mask, take your Pick tool, hold the shift key,
drag one of the top squares down on one side, then the other until flat,
move to the bottom.
Resize frame 2 to 75%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste, click
inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 6, invert, delete, keep selected.
Mirror your tube, paste, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, number on 4, change the blend
mode to Overlay or one you prefer.
Apply the filter-Tramage-Mo' Jellyfish

Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the left above the frame.
Resize the flower bouquet to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 14, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Paste yellow flowers on the flower circle at the top, duplicate, resize to 55%, move
above the frame to the lower right, duplicate, mirror, adjust behind the tube on
the left.
Resize the yellow twig to 55%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste behind
the yellow flowers on the left, duplicate, mirror, move below the yellow flowers,
erase any of the stem showing below.
Resize tall sunflower to 35%, paste on the right below the yellow flowers,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize bucket 1 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize daisy to 40%, paste at the bottom above the bucket, duplicate, move to the
left and below the bucket.
Resize candle to 15%, paste at the bottom above the basket to the left.
Resize basket to 35%, paste at the bottom by the right knee of the tube.
Resize the sunflower to 15%, paste at the bottom by the basket, duplicate, move over
and down a little.
Resize the butter churn to 40%, paste on the left below the yellow flowers.
Resize the chicken to 40%, mirror, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize flower bouquet to 30%, paste below the yellow flowers, behind the tube partly,
duplicate, flip, move to the lower right behind the yellow flowers.
Resize the coffee pot to 30%, paste below the flowers by the chicken.
Resize the owl to 15%, paste on the right above the frame layer how you like.
Resize chick 1 and 2 to 10%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Paste the fireflies below the tube layer, adjust and erase any part over the face of
the close up tube.
Resize bow 1 to 25%, paste on the frame at the upper right.
If you want the wordart on the tag, first use Impact, type out what you like,
change the blend mode to Soft Light.
Then type out anything else you like using Before the Rain, change the
blend mode to what you prefer, I used Overlay on the top wordart.
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 5, apply the same mask, take your Pick tool, hold the shift key,
drag one of the top squares down on one side, then the other until flat,
move to the bottom.
Resize frame 2 to 75%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste, click

Mirror your tube, paste, delete, select none.

mode to Overlay or one you prefer.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you merge your tag.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background used,
crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Resize your tag first, then add your copyright and name.
