PTU Urban Gal

This tut was written June 9th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Danny Lee

The tube is  "Urban" 

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Mask of choice, I used DD_Halftone  Mask 8  HERE
DD_Soft Masks-8 HERE

Filters
xero-Bad Dream 

Font of choice,  I used High Voltage

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 45, 10, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new layer 800 x 800

Paste paper 7, apply DD Halftone Mask 8, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 16, apply DD_Soft Mask 8, delete, merge group. 
Take your Pick tool, hold the shift key and drag one of the top squares down 
and then the other until flat, move to the bottom.

Resize element 151 to 85%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, move to the left,
click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 17, keep selected.

Resize your close up to 75%, mirror, paste in the frame, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change 
the blend mode to Screen. 
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream

Resize your tube to 65%, paste on the frame layer to the right.

Paste element 101 below the paper layer of the frame at the upper right, 
duplicate, move down, duplicate two more times, mirror,  move to the left, one up and
one down more.

Resize element 66 to 75%, paste on the right above the buildings.
Resize element 60 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 61 to 50%, paste below the black can on the right.
Resize element 53 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube.

Resize element 133 to 70%, paste at the lower left behind the tube.
Resize element 77 to 50%, paste on the left behind the radio.
Resize element 99 to 25%, paste on the right on the street light post.

Resize element 44 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the tires.
Resize element 62 to 75%, paste on the left at the edge of the skyscraper buildings,
duplicate, move to the right.
Resize element 145 to 20%, paste on the can on the right.

Resize element 120 to 35%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the radio.
Resize element 50 to 60%, paste on the left below the can.
Resize element 128 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Add any other elements that you like, make your own.

Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.

Once happy, close off any background you had.

 Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.

Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
