I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used DK Southside Fuzz
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4 apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste frame 8 on the left and up a little, duplicate, mirror,
move down a little on the right.
Resize your tube first to 65%, paste above the frames.
Click inside the frames, expand by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete,
keep selected, paste your tube in one frame, duplicate, mirror, paste in
the other frame, delete, select none.
Apply Eye Candy 4000-Glass to the frames with these settings
Bevel width 58.60
Smoothness 100
30, 35, 50, 0, 50
Color on white
Lighting 92, 57
100, 40
0, 200
Paste element 23 at the bottom below the paper layer of
the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 1 behind the tube to the left.
Resize element 40 to 25%, paste at the lower right below the tube.
Resize element 11 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 56 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the glass.
Resize element 20 to 25%, paste at the lower left below the tube, duplicate,
mirror, move by the pot of gold.
Resize element 41 to 20%, paste at the lower right above the mushrooms.
Resize element 6 to 35%, paste on the frame on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 65 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the coins.
Resize element 9 to 30%, paste behind the pot of gold on the right,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 4 to 40%, paste on the left below the mushrooms.
Resize element 46 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize the wordart to 40%, paste at the top on the frame, add a
fat white gradient glow.
Resize element 29 to 35%, paste at the right above the frame.
Paste element 32 above the frames at the top.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 4 apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste frame 8 on the left and up a little, duplicate, mirror,
move down a little on the right.

Paste element 32 above the frames at the top.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements and mask,
before merging to get them like you like.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
