This tut was written April 15, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Kajenna

Supplies Needed
I used PSP10...but any of them should work.
**PTU kit Cinco De Mayo by All Dolled Up!**
Viva La Mexico! This kit is all about Cinco de Mayo.
With 136 elements and 30 papers it will surely be a must have for your kit collection.
Font of Choice, I used Gants de Soie
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 23, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 131 at the bottom to the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the dirt.
Resize element 21 to 75%, mirror, paste on the right below the tube.
Paste element 37 at the bottom on the dirt and to the right more, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 52 to 85%, paste behind the donkey on the right, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 136 to 75%, paste at the upper left above the cactus on the left.
Resize element 45 to 30%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror,
move below the donkey.
Paste element 17 behind the donkey.
Resize element 116 to 10%, paste on the hand of the little girl.
Resize element 64 to 25%, paste on the left on the rocks below the plant.
Resize element 125 to 30%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer,
duplicate, mirror, move below the donkey.
Resize element 111 to 15%, paste at the bottom where you like.
Resize element 43 to 25%, paste below the rocks on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move below the big cactus on the left.
Resize element 81 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 124 to 30%, paste at the lower left below the red flowers,
duplicate, mirror, move below the red flowers on the right.
Paste element 131 at the bottom to the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the dirt.
Resize element 21 to 75%, mirror, paste on the right below the tube.
Paste element 37 at the bottom on the dirt and to the right more, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 52 to 85%, paste behind the donkey on the right, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 136 to 75%, paste at the upper left above the cactus on the left.
Resize element 45 to 30%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror,
move below the donkey.
Paste element 17 behind the donkey.
Resize element 116 to 10%, paste on the hand of the little girl.
Resize element 64 to 25%, paste on the left on the rocks below the plant.
Resize element 125 to 30%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer,
duplicate, mirror, move below the donkey.
Resize element 111 to 15%, paste at the bottom where you like.
Resize element 43 to 25%, paste below the rocks on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move below the big cactus on the left.
Resize element 81 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 124 to 30%, paste at the lower left below the red flowers,
duplicate, mirror, move below the red flowers on the right.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background you might of used, crop
your tag so no stray edges, merge visible.
Resize add your copyright and name.
