This tut was written April 10, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Misticheskaya
The tube is called "Ella"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 6 into selection, apply your mask,
delete, merge group.
Resize element 57 to 75%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by
5, paste paper 20, invert, delete.
Resize element 41 to 75%, paste on the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror,
adjust behind the tube on the right.
Resize your tube to 33%, paste on the right of the frame.
Resize element 117 to 80%, paste at the bottom on the frame layer under
the tube.
Resize element 42 to 50%, paste on the frame layer on the upper right,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 52 to 40%, paste on the right below the vine layer at the bottom.
Resize element 3 to 40%, paste on the right below the mushrooms.
Resize element 149 to 70%, mirror, paste at the bottom above the frame layer.
Resize element 100 to 55%, paste below the tube layer on the left.
Resize element 99 to 75%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste on the
right on the frame layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 81 to 15%, paste on the chair.
Resize element 152 to 15%, paste at the top on the frame.
Resize element 46 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the chair layer.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
