This tut was written April 20th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Lys Isange

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 14, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 111 at the bottom, duplicate twice, move one to the left
more and one to the right more.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the grass.
Resize element 41 to 60%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Paste element 120 on the right below one of the grass layer.
Resize element 99 to 50%, paste behind the cactus on the right, duplicate,
mirror, adjust behind the donkey.
Resize element 10 to 40%, paste below the top layer of grass on the right, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 21 and 22 to 40%, paste on the right of the tube on the grass.
Paste element 20 on the mask layer off center.
Duplicate the cactus that is on the right, mirror, move behind the house.
Resize element 104 to 25%, paste on the right below the pink cactus flower,
duplicate, mirror, adjust behind the donkey.
Resize element 108 to 85%, paste on the mask layer on the left behind
the building, duplicate, resize to 85%, adjust behind the cactus on the right.
Paste element 8 at the bottom under the donkey layer, duplicate, mirror.
Then go back and duplicate the top grass layer and move it above the rocks
and move the tube above that grass and the lady mouse.
Resize element 87 to 30%, paste on the grass by the tube.
Resize element 97 to 30%, paste by the bottle.
Resize element 105 to 20%, paste at the bottom on the grass where you like,
duplicate, move where you like, duplicate once more and move to the right.
Resize element 60 to 85%, paste on the mask layer behind the house,
duplicate, move to the right and down some.
Resize element 11 to 25%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste
at the bottom by the feet of the tube.
Paste element 111 at the bottom, duplicate twice, move one to the left
more and one to the right more.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the grass.
Resize element 41 to 60%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Paste element 120 on the right below one of the grass layer.
Resize element 99 to 50%, paste behind the cactus on the right, duplicate,
mirror, adjust behind the donkey.
Resize element 10 to 40%, paste below the top layer of grass on the right, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 21 and 22 to 40%, paste on the right of the tube on the grass.
Paste element 20 on the mask layer off center.
Duplicate the cactus that is on the right, mirror, move behind the house.
Resize element 104 to 25%, paste on the right below the pink cactus flower,
duplicate, mirror, adjust behind the donkey.
Resize element 108 to 85%, paste on the mask layer on the left behind
the building, duplicate, resize to 85%, adjust behind the cactus on the right.
Paste element 8 at the bottom under the donkey layer, duplicate, mirror.
Then go back and duplicate the top grass layer and move it above the rocks
and move the tube above that grass and the lady mouse.
Resize element 87 to 30%, paste on the grass by the tube.
Resize element 97 to 30%, paste by the bottle.
Resize element 105 to 20%, paste at the bottom on the grass where you like,
duplicate, move where you like, duplicate once more and move to the right.
Resize element 60 to 85%, paste on the mask layer behind the house,
duplicate, move to the right and down some.
Resize element 11 to 25%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste
at the bottom by the feet of the tube.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
