This tut was written April 10th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome tube by artist Lys Isange

EyeCandy 4000-Gradient Glow

Font of choice,  I used Pictorial Signature

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize element 10 to 90%, free rotate to the left at 10%, click inside

with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete, select none.

Paste element 38 below the paper layer of the frame on the left, duplicate,

move to the right, merge down, resize to 95%, adjust behind the frame.

Resize your tube to 30%, paste about center.

Resize element 31 to 50%, paste on the frame at the bottom right, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 29 on the mask layer at the upper left, duplicate, mirror,

duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 101 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube, add a fat 

white gradient glow with EyeCandy 4000.

Resize element 26 to 30%, paste at the lower left above the wordart layer.

Resize element 35 to 35%, paste below the tube and adjust behind the watch.

Resize element 30 to 55%, paste on the left on the frame layer.

Resize element 56 to 55%, paste at the lower right below the tube layer.

Resize element 18 to 55%, paste on the left below the fan on the left and up some,

duplicate, mirror, move down more on the right.

Resize element 76 to 20%, paste on the left below the watch, duplicate, move to 

the right by the tin element.

Resize element 75 to 50%, mirror, paste on the left below the other flowers, duplicate,

mirror, adjust on the right.

Resize element 5 to 75%, mirror, paste on the right and move up to your liking.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.

Add your copyrights and name.
