This tut was written August 8th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Andy Cooper
The tube is "Rock Pink"
I bought mine when his store was still open.
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 45, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer 800 x 800
Paste paper 17, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 139, move up a bit, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 10, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your close up tube to 75%, mirror, paste, move to the left a bit,
delete, select none.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream.
Duplicate the frame, resize larger to 110%.
Resize element 103 to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
number on 14, move to the mask layer.
Resize your tube to 70%, paste at the bottom above the frame.
Mirror element 50, paste at the lower left below the tube.
Resize element 24 to 15%, paste above the drums, duplicate, move up.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube, click inside
the black area, resize your tube as needed, paste, invert, delete, select none,
change the blend mode to Luminance(L), merge down.
Resize element 28 to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste at the lower right by the hand.
Resize element 32 to 65%, paste above the tube to the left.
Resize element 21 to 25%, paste below the tube behind the hand.
Resize element 65 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 66 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, past by the pack
of cigarettes.
Resize element 61 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the cigarettes.
Resize element 14 to 15%, paste at the bottom on the guitar.
Resize element 29 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 64 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 31 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the hat.
Resize element 33 to 15%, paste at the lower right.
Paste element 43 on the left being on the top layer.
Resize element 75 to 20%, paste below the collar and headset at the bottom.
Resize element 138 to 15%, paste at the lower right above the hat.
Resize element 12 to 10%, paste below the microphone on the guitar.
Resize element 94 to 75%, paste on the mask layer at the bottom right,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 139, move up a bit, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 10, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your close up tube to 75%, mirror, paste, move to the left a bit,
delete, select none.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream.
Duplicate the frame, resize larger to 110%.
Resize element 103 to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
number on 14, move to the mask layer.
Resize your tube to 70%, paste at the bottom above the frame.
Mirror element 50, paste at the lower left below the tube.
Resize element 24 to 15%, paste above the drums, duplicate, move up.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube, click inside
the black area, resize your tube as needed, paste, invert, delete, select none,

Resize element 28 to 25%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste at the lower right by the hand.
Resize element 32 to 65%, paste above the tube to the left.

Resize element 66 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, past by the pack

Resize element 61 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the cigarettes.
Resize element 14 to 15%, paste at the bottom on the guitar.
Resize element 29 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 64 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 31 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the hat.
Resize element 33 to 15%, paste at the lower right.
Paste element 43 on the left being on the top layer.
Resize element 75 to 20%, paste below the collar and headset at the bottom.
Resize element 138 to 15%, paste at the lower right above the hat.
Resize element 12 to 10%, paste below the microphone on the guitar.
Resize element 94 to 75%, paste on the mask layer at the bottom right,
duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.

Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
