This tut was written August 6th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Elegance_Sheokate

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 102 on the mask layer.
Paste element 107 at the bottom to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 43 behind the castle about center.
Duplicate the castle, mirror, move below the tree and to the right a little,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the grass.
Resize element 33 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, move to the right.
Resize element 99 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the greenery.
Resize element 63 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, move to the right behind the greenery, duplicate, move over a little.
Resize element 64 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the greenery,
duplicate, mirror, move behind the books.
Resize element 2 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the book, duplicate,
move to the left below the tube, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the right.
Resize element 111 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the books.
Paste element 17 on the mask layer to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 68 to 30%, paste on the right on the fence, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 23 to 15%, paste at the top on the tree.
Resize element 58 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer to the right.
Resize element 109 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the tube layer.
Resize element 1 to 30%, paste on the left below the lantern on the castle,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 62 to 50%, mirror, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 95 to 20%, paste at the bottom where you like, duplicate and move
to another spot.
Resize element 25 to 10%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, paste on the left,
duplicate, mirror, move where you like, duplicate again, move
down on the basket handle.
Resize element 83 to 15%, paste on the mushroom on the lower left, duplicate,
move to the top of the sign on the right.
Paste element 102 on the mask layer.
Paste element 107 at the bottom to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 43 behind the castle about center.
Duplicate the castle, mirror, move below the tree and to the right a little,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 20%, paste on the grass.
Resize element 33 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, move to the right.
Resize element 99 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the greenery.
Resize element 63 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, move to the right behind the greenery, duplicate, move over a little.
Resize element 64 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the greenery,
duplicate, mirror, move behind the books.
Resize element 2 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the book, duplicate,
move to the left below the tube, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the right.
Resize element 111 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the books.
Paste element 17 on the mask layer to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 68 to 30%, paste on the right on the fence, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 23 to 15%, paste at the top on the tree.
Resize element 58 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer to the right.
Resize element 109 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the tube layer.
Resize element 1 to 30%, paste on the left below the lantern on the castle,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 62 to 50%, mirror, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 95 to 20%, paste at the bottom where you like, duplicate and move
to another spot.
Resize element 25 to 10%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, paste on the left,
duplicate, mirror, move where you like, duplicate again, move
down on the basket handle.
Resize element 83 to 15%, paste on the mushroom on the lower left, duplicate,
move to the top of the sign on the right.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
