This tut was written August 13, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of "Enys Guerrero"

Font of choice, I used Wizard's Magic
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste element 18, resize to 80%, paste.
Paste element 6 at the upper left, duplicate, move down to the lower right.
Resize frame 1 to 70%, duplicate, resize to 93%, click inside with your
magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete, select none, keep
selected.
Paste your tube to the left how you like, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change
the blend mode to Overlay or one you prefer, merge down.
Merge the frames, paper and tube together, duplicate, resize to 50%,
free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, move down on the left.
Resize your tube to 68%, mirror, paste on the right on the frame.
Paste element 4 below the smaller frame layer.
Resize the wordart to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube, add a
fat white gradient glow with Eye Candy 4000.
Resize element 7 to 50%, paste at the top below the hand of the tube.
Resize element 19 to 70%, paste at the bottom of the tube above the wordart,
duplicate, move to the bottom below the wordart.
Resize element 5 to 40%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the wordart.
Resize element 17 to 40%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, past below the
wordart on the lower right.
Resize element 3 to 25%, paste above the razorblade on the lower right,
duplicate, move to the left.
Resize element 14 to 40%, paste at the lower left below the flower and crow.
Resize element 2 to 30%, paste below the flower on the lower left, duplicate,
move down more, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move below the razorblade.
Resize element 20 to 45%, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 12 to 40% mirror, paste below the bow.
Resize element 1 to 25%, paste on the lower right by the flower.
Paste element 13 on the right behind the tube layer, duplicate, resize to 25%,
move to the top above the bow.
Paste element 15 on the bottom layer at the upper left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 6 at the upper left, duplicate, move down to the lower right.
Resize frame 1 to 70%, duplicate, resize to 93%, click inside with your
magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete, select none, keep
selected.
Paste your tube to the left how you like, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change

Resize element 19 to 70%, paste at the bottom of the tube above the wordart,
duplicate, move to the bottom below the wordart.
Resize element 5 to 40%, mirror, paste at the lower left above the wordart.
Resize element 17 to 40%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, past below the
wordart on the lower right.
Resize element 3 to 25%, paste above the razorblade on the lower right,
duplicate, move to the left.
Resize element 14 to 40%, paste at the lower left below the flower and crow.
Resize element 2 to 30%, paste below the flower on the lower left, duplicate,
move down more, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move below the razorblade.
Resize element 20 to 45%, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 12 to 40% mirror, paste below the bow.
Resize element 1 to 25%, paste on the lower right by the flower.
Paste element 13 on the right behind the tube layer, duplicate, resize to 25%,
move to the top above the bow.
Paste element 15 on the bottom layer at the upper left, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always adjust everything before you merge your tag.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
