This tut was written August 11th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Julia Fox

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 84 to 80%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, move to
the right, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 9,
invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 60%, mirror, paste in the frame to the right more, delete,
select none.
Apply the xero filter, Bad Dream first then Porcelain.
Go back to the original tube, resize to 40%, paste above the frame to the left.
Apply the xero filter-Porcelain.
Paste element 32 below the paper layer of the frame.
Paste element 77 below the flower heart to one side,duplicate, mirror, adjust so
just a little shows at the top on each side.
Paste element 37 on the mask layer, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move
to one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Paste element 6 behind the tube on the left, free rotate to the left at 55 degrees,
duplicate, mirror, move below the paper layer of the frame, erase some
of the stems on both.
Paste element 66, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move below the flower on
the left, duplicate, mirror, move below the flower on the right.
Resize element 43 to 85%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste on the
frame on the right.
Resize element 81 to 85%, paste below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 28 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube.
Resize element 59 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 6 to 35%, paste on the right above the pillows, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 53 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the flower.
Resize element 101 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the candle layer.
Duplicate the flower on the left, resize to 85%, move above the candle layer, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 42 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the flower by the candle,
duplicate, move above the watch and to the right more.
Resize element 80 to 30%, paste at the lower right above the tube layer.
Resize element 19 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Paste element 39 on the mask layer and move down on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 102 to 20%, paste behind the watch.
Resize element 103 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the lower left.
Paste element 38 at the bottom being on the top layer, duplicate, flip,
adjust, erase any stars on the face of the tube.
Resize element 44 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, paste at the
upper right.
Resize element 84 to 80%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, move to
the right, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 9,
invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 60%, mirror, paste in the frame to the right more, delete,
select none.
Apply the xero filter, Bad Dream first then Porcelain.
Go back to the original tube, resize to 40%, paste above the frame to the left.
Apply the xero filter-Porcelain.
Paste element 32 below the paper layer of the frame.
Paste element 77 below the flower heart to one side,duplicate, mirror, adjust so
just a little shows at the top on each side.
Paste element 37 on the mask layer, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move
to one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Paste element 6 behind the tube on the left, free rotate to the left at 55 degrees,
duplicate, mirror, move below the paper layer of the frame, erase some
of the stems on both.
Paste element 66, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move below the flower on
the left, duplicate, mirror, move below the flower on the right.
Resize element 43 to 85%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste on the
frame on the right.
Resize element 81 to 85%, paste below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 28 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube.
Resize element 59 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 6 to 35%, paste on the right above the pillows, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 53 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the flower.
Resize element 101 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the candle layer.
Duplicate the flower on the left, resize to 85%, move above the candle layer, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 42 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the flower by the candle,
duplicate, move above the watch and to the right more.
Resize element 80 to 30%, paste at the lower right above the tube layer.
Resize element 19 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Paste element 39 on the mask layer and move down on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 102 to 20%, paste behind the watch.
Resize element 103 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the lower left.
Paste element 38 at the bottom being on the top layer, duplicate, flip,
adjust, erase any stars on the face of the tube.
Resize element 44 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, paste at the
upper right.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
