 Font of choice, I used Laughing and Smiling

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H -4, 40, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize paper 5 to 85%, apply your mask.

Resize frame 8 to 75%, paste, click inside with the magic wand,

paste paper 4, invert, delete.

Resize element 90 to 70%, paste in the frame.

Resize element 129 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first

3 numbers on 14, 50, 50, move below the frame.

Resize element 123 to 25%, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,

change the first 3 numbers to 20, 55, 55, move below the first circle,

duplicate, mirror, free rotate to the right at 25.

Resize the tube to 50%, paste above the frame to the left.

Resize element 124 to 50%, paste behind the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 123 to 40%, paste at the bottom left above the tube, duplicate,

mirror.

Resize element 15 to 50%, paste on the right below the flower.

Resize element 3 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the chair.

Resize element 12 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the flowers.

Resize element 49 to 30%, paste below the books.

Resize element 73 to 25%, paste at the bottom to the left of the basket.

Resize element 40 to 20%, paste in the chair.

Resize element 19 to 65%, paste behind the chair on the right.

Resize element 6 to 25%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 26 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 39 to 35%, paste on the bottom right below the chair.

Resize element 32 to 355, mirror, paste on the bottom left behind the tube.

Resize element 53 to 25%, paste at the bottom left being on the top layer.

Resize element 69 to 30%, paste on the bottom left.

Resize element 87 to 25%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 101 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize wordart 1 to 50%, change the color, add a fat white gradient glow,

paste on the upper right.

Resize element 77 to 25%, paste at the bottom right below the mom and baby.

(Optional)

Once happy with your tag, close off the white background if you used one, 

merge together, duplicate, change the blend mode to Soft Light, merge

down.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize paper 4 to 80%, apply your mask.

Resize paper 8 to 80%, apply the mask, merge these 2 papers together,

move to the left, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 12.

Resize element 29 to 30%, paste on the upper right post, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 11 to 50%, paste behind the stand on the left at the bottom,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 8 to 40%, paste on the right behind the rocks and stand.

Resize element 31 to 60%, paste on the left behind the rocks and stand.

Resize element 40 to 70%, paste above the stand.

Resize element 35 to 40%, paste at the bottom to the right a little.

Resize element 48 to 35%, paste on the left.

Resize element 41 to 60%, paste at the bottom a little to the left.

Resize element 28 to 40%, paste on the bottom left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 52 to 30%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 38 to 40%, paste at the bottom right above the planter box.

Resize element 32 to 30%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 6 to 30%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 18 to 50%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 39 to 25%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 36 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 15 to 30%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 14 to 25%, paste on the pot.

Resize element 22 to 25%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 54 to 40%, paste at the bottom left.

behind the buffalo, duplicate, move to the right behind the horse.

Paste element 57 at the top above the mask.

315, 50, 30, color on white, apply to your tube.

Paste element 109 above the mask on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 172 to 90%, paste behind the frame on the left, duplicate,

mirror, free rotate to the left at 20, move on the right.

Resize element 17 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first

3 numbers on 14, 60, 60, paste on the bottom layer above the mask.

Paste element 95 below the flower circle.

Resize element 173 to 50%, paste on the left below the frame.

Resize your tube to 17%, paste on the right.

Resize element 139 to 75%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 13 to 40%, paste at the bottom right.

Resize element 17 to 25%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 24 and 25 to 30%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 81 to 50%, paste below the flowers.

Resize element 54 to 35%, mirror, paste on the beautiful wordart sign, below

the flower.

Resize element 208 to 50%, paste on the left above the frame.

Paste element 49 at the bottom, duplicate, flip, move to the top, mirror.

Resize element 30 to 25%, paste on the right above the special sign, duplicate,

mirror, move below the heart.

Resize element 5 to 20%, mirror, paste on the right.

Add any other elements you would like, resize.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
