This tut was written Feb 26, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800x800, paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group, then paste
solid paper 2, apply the mask again, delete, merge these two together, mirror.
Add noise at 20%, check Gaussian and monochrome.
Paste frame 1, resize to 80%, paste frame 1a, resize to 75%, click inside
with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste solid paper 4, invert, delete, move
below the frames, mirror your tube, paste, move to the left a bit,
delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to overlay or one you prefer, apply the Xero filter-Bad Dream
at default setting.
Add noise at 50% on the green frame.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right side being on the top layer.
Paste element 7 on the left below the tube layer, duplicate, resize to
75%, paste above the tube layer and move down just a bit.
Resize element 4 to 75%, paste below the coins, duplicate, mirror, adjust
behind the tube on the right.
Resize wordart 3 to 50%, paste on the left side, select all, float, defloat, expand by 2,
add a new raster layer and fill with a light color from your tube, move below,
add noise at 50%.
Apply a bevel to the wordart with these settings,
go to Effects, 3D Effects, Inner bevel
bevel shape 2, width 2,

Resize element 2 to 40%, paste by the coins.
Resize element 1 to 20%, paste by the horseshoe.
Resize element 20 to 50%, paste below the coins on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move up on the right.
Resize element 17 to 50%, paste below the clover on the left, mirror, place below
the clover on the right.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Open a new image 800x800, paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group, then paste
solid paper 2, apply the mask again, delete, merge these two together, mirror.
Add noise at 20%, check Gaussian and monochrome.
Paste frame 1, resize to 80%, paste frame 1a, resize to 75%, click inside
with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste solid paper 4, invert, delete, move
below the frames, mirror your tube, paste, move to the left a bit,
delete, select none.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
