Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of Choice, I used bu Wicked

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste element 27, apply your mask, delete, merge group,
duplicate, mirror.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste, you will want your tube on the
frame in the center when you paste the close ups to get them
position where you want.

Paste element 10, resize to 75%, paste your close up tube in one of the lower
frames, duplicate, mirror, adjust, then click inside the frames with
your magic wand, expand by 5, invert, delete both tubes, paste a paper
of choice, delete, select none.
I like the way the hats looked in the top frame, so I just erased the edge of the one
and left them there, then merge the tubes together.
Duplicate the tubes, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change
the blend mode to Overlay.

Resize element 100 to 90%, paste at the bottom under your tube.
Resize element 19 to 85%, paste at the bottom on the grass, move to one side
more, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 27 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle change
the first number to 16, move down to the mask layer, duplicate, move one out on
each side as much as you like, duplicate again, move up to the top and center,
move below the other two, merge these 3 together, change the opacity to 80%,add
noise at 15%, check random and monochrome.

Resize element 28 to 40%, paste on the left below the tube layer with the hand just
barely touching it.
Resize element 26 to 35%, paste on the right above the tube layer.
Resize element 25 to 35%, mirror, place on the right.

Resize element 7 to 40%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, duplicate, mirror, move
both toward the top below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 88 to 95%, paste on the top layer at the bottom, duplicate, flip, mirror.
Resize element 12 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 40 degrees, paste on the right
below the grass layer and adjust to your liking, duplicate, mirror, adjust again.
Resize element 33 to 35%, paste on the left above the tube layer at the bottom by
the legs.

Resize element 22 to 35%, paste on the frame layer on the right up by the flag,
duplicate, mirror, erase any part showing below the tube.
Resize element 20 to 35%, paste on the top layer toward the bottom on one side,
duplicate, mirror, move up a bit.

Resize element 35 to 12%, paste at the bottom by the legs of your tube.
Resize element 17 to 15%, paste on the bagpipe.
Resize element 54 to 15%, paste on the left by the bagpipe.
Paste element 4 on the circle flower layer, adjust, duplicate, make sure none is
showing at the bottom, erase any that might be.

Paste element 89 on the flower circle, arrange so only the rainbow shows behind the frame,
erase any grass, shoes or cross that shows, duplicate, mirror, move below the first rainbow.

Add any other elements you would like to add, adjust everything to
your liking before merging.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
