This tut was written March 30th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Verymany.

Supplies Needed
Font of Choice, I used Hugs and Kisses xoxo
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800x800
Paste paper 8, resize the mask larger to 115%, apply, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 9, apply the mask again, delete, merge group.
Paste element 34 at the bottom, duplicate twice, move below and up some on both.
Paste element 50 on the grass.
Resize your tube to 45%, mirror, paste on the left.
Paste element 16 below the grass layers behind the bench, change the blend
mode to Luminance(L).
Resize element 59 to 75%, paste at the bottom under the top grass layer.
Paste element 33 behind the fence in the middle, duplicate twice, move both above
the fence and one on each side.
Resize element 55 to 60%, mirror, place on the right below the fence layer.
Resize element 18 to 45%, paste on the right above the bench layer.
Paste element 13 below the bird house on the left of it, duplicate, resize to 85%,
move to the right and down a bit.
Paste element 57 behind the tube layer on the left.
Resize element 31 to 35%, paste on the right below the sheep.
Resize element 58 to 25%, paste down at the bottom by the wheel barrel.
Resize element 11 to 65%, paste on the left side below the fence.
Resize element 39 to 35%, place on the bench below the tube layer.
Resize element 28 to 60%, paste below the daisy flower bush on one side, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate the one on the right, move above the flower bush and to
the left a bit more.
Resize element 1 to 55%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer, take your
Pick tool, hold the shift key and take the top square, drag down, do the other side
also, keep doing this until the basket is sitting like you want.
Resize element 49 to 25%, paste up by the light on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move down on the right.
Resize element 51 to 30%, paste in front of the legs of your tube at the bottom.
Resize element 53 to 20%, paste by the other ducky.
Resize element 26 to 60%, paste on the grass how you like, duplicate, move again
where you like.
Resize element 60 to 35%, add a fat gradient, paste at the upper right
on the trees.
Duplicate the butterflies and paste up by the wordart.
Resize element 35 to 60%, paste on the right just above the bunny on the bench layer
and move to the right, duplicate, mirror, move above the fence layer, adjust
how you like.
Paste element 20 below the tube with the one end on the light.
Resize element 14 to 30%, paste on the left below the frog.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Open a new image 800x800
Paste paper 8, resize the mask larger to 115%, apply, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 9, apply the mask again, delete, merge group.
Paste element 34 at the bottom, duplicate twice, move below and up some on both.
Paste element 50 on the grass.
Resize your tube to 45%, mirror, paste on the left.
Paste element 16 below the grass layers behind the bench, change the blend
mode to Luminance(L).
Resize element 59 to 75%, paste at the bottom under the top grass layer.

Resize element 55 to 60%, mirror, place on the right below the fence layer.
Resize element 18 to 45%, paste on the right above the bench layer.

Resize element 31 to 35%, paste on the right below the sheep.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Then add your copyrights and name.
