This tut was written April 14th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Lys Isange

You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of Choice, I used Brotherina
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open the template, hold the shift key and the letter d to duplicate,
close the original, delete the credits.
Resize to 90%, all layers checked, then canvas size 800 x 800.
Paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete, merge group, move to the bottom just
above the white background.
Top lt blue left square paste, paper 11, invert, delete, delete the template too.
Bottom right yellow square, paste paper 11, invert, delete.
Merge the bottom orange square down with top orange square, paste paper 3.
Right blue square paste paper 8
lt blue circle paste paper 11
Left blue square paste paper 12
Yellow circle paste paper 15
White oval add noise at 100%
Orange oval paste paper 12
Dotted oval, select, add a new layer, fill with a color of choice.
Yellow circle, paste paper 8
White ring add noise at 100%
Resize your tube to 50%, being on the top layer, paste in the center.
Blue small squares, paste paper 5, invert, delete.
White small squares, paste paper 8.
Light blue squares, paste paper 6, invert delete, duplicate your tube twice
that you just resized,
mirror one and place the faces on each side, delete, select none.
Dotted small squares, add a new layer, fill with white.
Paste element 3 below the tube layer at the bottom to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 2 at the bottom above the grass layers.
Resize element 24 to 90%, paste below the grass layers to the left
behind the tube.
Resize the Bench to 75%, paste on the right behind the tube.
close the original, delete the credits.
Resize to 90%, all layers checked, then canvas size 800 x 800.
Paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete, merge group, move to the bottom just
above the white background.
Top lt blue left square paste, paper 11, invert, delete, delete the template too.
Bottom right yellow square, paste paper 11, invert, delete.
Merge the bottom orange square down with top orange square, paste paper 3.

Paste element 2 at the bottom above the grass layers.
Resize element 24 to 90%, paste below the grass layers to the left
behind the tube.
Resize the Bench to 75%, paste on the right behind the tube.
Resize element 5 to 40%, paste on the right below the bench.
Resize element 26 to 50%, paste on the left side.
Resize element 30 to 35%, paste on the right behind the bench and pots.
Resize element 37 to 90%, paste below the small squares on one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 35%, paste on the upper right.
Resize element 14 to 45%, paste on the left on the bush plant.
Paste element 44 at the bottom behind the bench.
Resize element 93 to 45%, paste below the grass layers and duplicate a
couple of times and move where you like.
Resize element 25 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the tube leg.
Resize element 16 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the jar to cover
the cut off edge of the legs.
Resize element 4 to 15%, place on the bench.
Resize element 29 to 15%, paste on the right by the pots, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 26 to 50%, paste on the left side.
Resize element 30 to 35%, paste on the right behind the bench and pots.
Resize element 37 to 90%, paste below the small squares on one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 35%, paste on the upper right.
Resize element 14 to 45%, paste on the left on the bush plant.
Paste element 44 at the bottom behind the bench.
Resize element 93 to 45%, paste below the grass layers and duplicate a
couple of times and move where you like.
Resize element 25 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the tube leg.
Resize element 16 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the jar to cover
the cut off edge of the legs.
Resize element 4 to 15%, place on the bench.
Resize element 29 to 15%, paste on the right by the pots, duplicate, mirror.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
That's it
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it
