This tut was written April 27th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Lysisange.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU Scrap Pinup to match by Lil Mz's Brainstorms HERE
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste pinup paper, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 31, resize to 95%, move up some.
Paste element 32 on the sign, resize to 60%.
Resize element 15 to 50%, paste on the left hanging from
the arrow, erase the right side string that is on the sign.
Resize element 25 to 30%, paste on the table.
Paste element 78 on the mask layer to one side, duplicate, move to
the other side, adjust, then merge these two together, click inside with your
magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 9, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 38%, mirror, paste on the right side.
Paste element 12 at the bottom on the floor edge, duplicate, move
below the table layer and up by the sign, erase the edges sticking out
on each side.
Paste element 41 at the top on the arrow part of the sign.
Resize element 18 to 25%, paste on the booth seat, take your Pick tool,
hold the shift key, take the top square and drag down, then the other side,
until the record is flat, duplicate, adjust on the seat.
Resize element 13 to 30%, place on the table.
Resize element 21 to 30%, duplicate, paste one on one side, and
the other on the other side, adjust.
Duplicate a couple more times, resize these two to 90%, paste on the sign
below the wordart.
Resize element 86 to 40%, paste on the floor area under the table.
Resize element 73 to 15%, mirror, place on the seat below the tube on the right.
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste pinup paper, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 31, resize to 95%, move up some.
Paste element 32 on the sign, resize to 60%.
Resize element 15 to 50%, paste on the left hanging from
the arrow, erase the right side string that is on the sign.
Resize element 25 to 30%, paste on the table.
Paste element 78 on the mask layer to one side, duplicate, move to
the other side, adjust, then merge these two together, click inside with your

Paste element 12 at the bottom on the floor edge, duplicate, move

Resize element 18 to 25%, paste on the booth seat, take your Pick tool,
hold the shift key, take the top square and drag down, then the other side,
until the record is flat, duplicate, adjust on the seat.
Resize element 13 to 30%, place on the table.
Resize element 21 to 30%, duplicate, paste one on one side, and
the other on the other side, adjust.
Duplicate a couple more times, resize these two to 90%, paste on the sign
below the wordart.
Resize element 86 to 40%, paste on the floor area under the table.
Resize element 73 to 15%, mirror, place on the seat below the tube on the right.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
