Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.
Duplicate the mask, take your Pick tool, hold the shift key down and drag
one of the top squares down about 3/4 of the way, then the other side
until as flat as you want, move to the bottom.
Paste element 69 at the bottom.
Resize element 16 larger to 115%, paste at the bottom in front of the fence.
Resize element 130 to 75%, paste on the snow on the right.
Resize element 54 to 45%, paste on the left.
Resize element 47 to 45%, paste to the left by the first one.
Resize element 24 to 90%, paste below the fence in the center.
Resize element 10 to 50%, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 67 to 60%, paste below the tree layer on the right.
Paste element 20 at the top below the tree.
Resize element 101 to 75%, mirror, paste on the left on the mask layer,
erase the little bit of snow showing at the bottom edge.
Resize element 1 to 15%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 19 to 20%, paste on the fence post on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 27 at the top being on the mask layer, adjust the sparkles
on the ribbon.
Resize element 49 to 40%, paste behind the deer below the snow.
Resize element 15 to 50%, paste at the top on the tree.
Resize element 17 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 30 degrees, paste below
the deer layer.
Resize element 28 to 20%, paste below the first box.
Resize element 43 to 25%, paste at the bottom in front of the deer.
Resize element 110 to 45%, mirror, paste on the lower right above the deer.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.

Resize element 101 to 75%, mirror, paste on the left on the mask layer,

Resize element 1 to 15%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 19 to 20%, paste on the fence post on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 27 at the top being on the mask layer, adjust the sparkles

Once happy with your tag, close off any background you might have used.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges, merge visible.
Resize first, sharpen, add your copyright and name.
