This tut was written Nov 24th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Mariel
The tube is Awesome, it is called "Sweet Winter"
She comes in three colors for your tagging fun.

Font of Choice, I used Stardust Adventure
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Apply paper 4 next and apply the same mask, make the bottom one
a bit larger.
Paste frame 6, resize to 75%, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 1, invert, delete, select none.
Paste frame 3 below the paper layer.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the frame on the right.
Paste element 92 under the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 11 to 20%, paste on the left of the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 10 to 20%, paste below the cup on the left.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste on the right of the tube at the bottom.
Paste element 71 on the left on the rug layer.
Resize element 70 to 40%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 20 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the feet of the tube on the right.
Resize element 91 to 70%, mirror, paste on the right behind the tube on the frame.
Paste element 83 on the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Resize element 13 to 25%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 32 to 10%, paste on the saucer by the cup.
Resize element 85 to 35%, paste on the left at the bottom above the tree layer.
Resize element 46 to 20%, paste to the right of the bear, duplicate, move to the
right below the tube by her foot.
Paste element 52 on the tree below the tube layer.
Resize element 82 to 30%, paste at the lower right in front of the tube, being
on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Apply paper 4 next and apply the same mask, make the bottom one
a bit larger.
Paste frame 6, resize to 75%, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 1, invert, delete, select none.
Paste frame 3 below the paper layer.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the frame on the right.
Paste element 92 under the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 11 to 20%, paste on the left of the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 10 to 20%, paste below the cup on the left.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste on the right of the tube at the bottom.
Paste element 71 on the left on the rug layer.
Resize element 70 to 40%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 20 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the feet of the tube on the right.
Resize element 91 to 70%, mirror, paste on the right behind the tube on the frame.
Paste element 83 on the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Resize element 13 to 25%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 32 to 10%, paste on the saucer by the cup.
Resize element 85 to 35%, paste on the left at the bottom above the tree layer.
Resize element 46 to 20%, paste to the right of the bear, duplicate, move to the
right below the tube by her foot.
Paste element 52 on the tree below the tube layer.
Resize element 82 to 30%, paste at the lower right in front of the tube, being
on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
