This tut was written Nov 28th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of LysIsange
The tube is Awesome, it is called "Chic Santa"

Font of Choice, I used Christmas Day
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 47, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste
paper 14, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 60%, paste, delete, select none, duplicate, go to
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode
to Screen.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the left on the frame then apply,
Go to Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel
Shape 2, Width 2
18, 1, 9, 10
50, 50, 30
color white
Resize element 70 to 50%, paste to the right of the tube.
Paste element 96 at the bottom on the legs of the tube to help cover
the edge of the legs.
Resize element 66 to 35%, paste at the bottom in front of the curly element.
Resize element 76 to 35%, paste on the left below the curly element.
Resize element 80 to 50%, mirror, paste behind the tube to the right of it a little.
Resize element 67 to 40%, paste at the bottom to the right.
Resize element 46 to 25%, paste on the left below the gift box,
duplicate, move down to the center below the curly element, duplicate, again mirror
to the right.
Paste element 51 on the mask layer, adjust behind the frame.
Resize element 3 to 35%, paste on the red frame at the upper left behind the tube,
duplicate, mirror, move below the red frame, adjust.
Resize element 101 to 35%, paste at the bottom on the gift box.
Resize element 13 to 55%, paste at the bottom to the right.
Paste element 11 below the tube layer.
Resize element 58 to 50%, add a fat white gradient, paste at the top.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 47, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste
paper 14, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 60%, paste, delete, select none, duplicate, go to
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode

Resize element 3 to 35%, paste on the red frame at the upper left behind the tube,
duplicate, mirror, move below the red frame, adjust.
Resize element 101 to 35%, paste at the bottom on the gift box.
Resize element 13 to 55%, paste at the bottom to the right.
Paste element 11 below the tube layer.
Resize element 58 to 50%, add a fat white gradient, paste at the top.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
