This tut was written Nov 3rd, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 3, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 15, invert, delete, select none.
Give this frame a light blue drop shadow.
Paste element 28 on top of the frame.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right.
Duplicate your mask, take your Pick tool, hold the shift key and take one ofthe top squares, drag down about 3/4 of the way and then the other side,
until it is as flat as you want it, move to the bottom under the frame layer.
Paste element 51 under the tube to the right, again a blue drop shadow,
duplicate, mirror, move below the first one and off set it a bit.
Resize element 39 to 40%, paste on the left on the snow,
duplicate, resize to 75%, paste in above the tube to the left.
Resize element 50 to 75%, paste below the blue heart in the center.
Resize element 56 to 45%, paste at the bottom to the left of the tube.
Resize element 6 to 75%, paste below the frame at the top, erase any parts
outside the frame.
Paste element 35 between the two logs of snow at the bottom.
Resize element 10 to 50%, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 26, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Go back to your frame, paste your close up, adjust how you like, click
inside with your magic wand, expand by 10, invert, being on the tube,
delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Luminance(L).
Resize element 7 to 20%, paste behind the snow balls on the right.
Resize element 5 to 50%, paste on the left on the snowball, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, move to the upper right.
Resize element 53 to 50%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 21 to 35%, paste on the handle of the lantern.
Paste element 19 on the mask on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 43 to 40$, apply Mura Meister Copies, change the first
number to 16, move just above the mask, adjust.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 3, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 15, invert, delete, select none.
Give this frame a light blue drop shadow.
Paste element 28 on top of the frame.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right.

Resize element 6 to 75%, paste below the frame at the top, erase any parts

Go back to your frame, paste your close up, adjust how you like, click

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
