Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group. Remember to
always adjust to fit your tag later.
Resize frame 2 to 90%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 83 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 18, paste below the paper layer of the frame on the left,
duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Use your Pick tool if needed to help adjust.
Resize element 65 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 18, move below the other circle layer to the left, duplicate, mirror,
adjust.
Resize element 34 to 70%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 31 to 40%, apply Mura Meister again, same number, move below
the other two, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the luggage.
Resize element 21 to 35%, paste below the tube to the left under her hand.
Resize element 20 to 50%, paste behind the tube to the left so just a
part of the flower shows.
Resize element 15 to 50%, paste on the suitcase to the left of the tube.
Paste element 57 in the frame to the right, duplicate, mirror, erase any parts
outside the frame on both, or you can click inside the frame with the magic wand.
Resize element 44 to 40%, paste below the suitcase on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 62 to 65%, paste on the frame layer on the left,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 65 to 40%, paste below the suitcase on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 82 to 20%, paste at the lower left by the suitcase,
duplicate, mirror, move below the suitcase.
Resize element 6 to 55%, mirror, paste on the basket.
Resize element 83 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the tube, move the
pine cone up higher.
Resize element 17 to 25%, paste below the tube on the brown flower, duplicate,
move to the left above the basket layer.
Resize element 25 to 75%, paste at the bottom above the mask layer to the
right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste on the left below the umbrella.
Resize element 14 to 20%, paste on the lower right.
Resize element 13 to 35%, paste on the right below the pine cone layer and
down some.
Paste element 28 on one side being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Resize element 82 to 20%, paste at the lower left by the suitcase,
duplicate, mirror, move below the suitcase.
Resize element 6 to 55%, mirror, paste on the basket.
Resize element 83 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the tube, move the
pine cone up higher.
Resize element 17 to 25%, paste below the tube on the brown flower, duplicate,
move to the left above the basket layer.
Resize element 25 to 75%, paste at the bottom above the mask layer to the
right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste on the left below the umbrella.
Resize element 14 to 20%, paste on the lower right.
Resize element 13 to 35%, paste on the right below the pine cone layer and

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
