This tut was written March 12th, 2018, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Arthur Crowe
Tube is called "Rock Bella"
You need a license to use this art, please do not use without a license.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of Choice, I used Gloria
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize larger to 110%.
Duplicate your mask, take your Pick tool, drag the top square down on one
side holding the shift key, then the other side until flat as you want it,
move to the bottom.
Resize element 25 to 85%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10,
paste paper 11, invert, delete, keep selected, mirror, paste your middle size
close up tube, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste to the left of the frame.
Resize element 23 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube to cover the
leg edge.
Resize element 8 to 55%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste on the books.
Resize element 5 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the rose and books.
Resize element 43 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the clock.
Resize element 94 to 95%, paste on the mask layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 8 above the vines on the left and up behind the tube. duplicate,
mirror, move down more on the right, erase the stem at the bottom.
Resize element 102 to 50%, paste at the bottom right being on the top layer now.
Resize element 54 to 30%, paste below the clock, duplicate, mirror, adjust behind
the wolf on the right.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste at the lower left under the rose layer, duplicate,
resize to 90%, move above the rose layer and to the left a bit.
Free rotate element 35 to the right at 90 degrees, paste below the tube layer
on the right.
Resize element 107 to 45%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 20, move down to just above the branches behind the frame.
If you want to duplicate the rose a few times now, erase any stem that shows
along the way and move where you like.
Resize element 72 to 25%, paste on the right about midway down, duplicate, mirror,
resize to 75%, move to the upper right, duplicate again, move down by
the cups on the lower left.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background you might have used.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges, merge visible.
Resize first, sharpen, add your copyright and name.
