This tut was written March 15th, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Stella Felice 7
The tube is called "Girl with Basket of Poppies and Apples"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 31, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 91 to 65%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 9, invert, delete.
Resize element 8 to 20%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change
the first number to 25, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 15 to 30%, apply the same Mura Meister Copies, move below
the mask layer.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the right.
Resize element 8 to 55%, paste on the frame on the left.
Resize element 134 to 30%, paste at the lower left below the tube.
Resize element 17 to 20%, paste on the left below the basket.
Resize element 11 to 15%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 42 to 15%, paste by the drink.
Resize element 161 to 25%, paste behind the tube at the bottom on the frame,
duplicate, move out to the right more.
Resize element 9 to 25%, paste on the right at the top behind the tube.
Resize element 79 to 25%, paste behind the strawberry on the right and up, duplicate,
move down some, duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left below the plant.
Resize element 147 to 30%, paste on the right behind the tube below the red flowers.
Resize element 21 to 65%, paste at the upper right, being above the
tube layer, erase the ones you don't want, duplicate, mirror, adjust, again
erase the ones you don't want.
Resize element 81 to 20%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Resize element 84 to 85%, paste at the bottom under all the other elements,
adjust to your liking.
Resize element 15 to 20%, paste on the lower left between the basket and bucket of
strawberries, duplicate, mirror, move behind the fox and up a little.
Resize element 37 to 10%, paste on the handle of the basket on the left.
Resize element 65 to 80%, paste on the circle behind the frame.
Resize element 52 to 20%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube behind the drink.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy, close off any background you had, crop your tag to get rid of any
stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
