This tut was written March 2nd, 2018 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Katharine .

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Filters

Font of Choice, I used bu Wicked

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.

Resize element 44 to 75%, paste on the mask layer about center.

Resize element 48 to 60%, paste on the left on the door toward the bottom,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize your tube to 30%, paste on the left.

Resize element 37 to 50%, paste on the right behind the tube at the bottom.

Resize element 57 to 85%, paste at the bottom below the pot of gold and tube.

Resize element 35 to 50%, paste behind the pot of gold.

Paste element 58 behind the tube below the grass layer, duplicate, move over

and up more.

Resize element 38 to 30%, paste below the tube on the left like she is sitting on it.

Resize element 30 to 45%, paste on the lower right in front of the tube layer.

Resize element 18 to 30%, paste at the lower left by the tube's foot.

Resize element 17 to 25%, paste to the left of the little bottle.

Resize element 28 to 50%, paste on the left below the grass layer.

Resize element 50 to 65%, paste on the door layer on one side behind the tree,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 4 to 50%, paste on the left below the cupcake and little bottle.

Resize element 36 to 20%, paste on the grass on the left of the elf.

Resize element 31 to 40%, paste at the lower left by the bagpipe.

Resize element 10 to 35%, paste on the lower right.

Resize element 51 to 75%, erase the stem, free rotate to the right at 40 degrees,

move below the door at the top, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 62 below the tube layer at the top.

Paste element 63 below the tube and down some.

Resize element 46 to 25%, paste at the top a little off center.

Paste element 22 on the left on the tree below the sparkle layer.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Close off any background you may of had.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges, merge visible.

Resize first, add your copyright and name.
